Food taste good, always quick and cooked to my satisfaction. I always get correct change back. Quick service. Only reason why I gave them a four star is because they never ask me if I need any sauce when I order their food and when I do ask for sauce they only give me a little bit especially when I order a whole bunch of fries. I would come here again but when I use the drive thru I’m just going to run inside and grab a handful of ketchup.

This place is horrible. The service sucks and they should probably close. The first time I came here they got my order wrong after sitting in the drive thru a long time. I just went again hoping that things might be different and after sitting in the drive thru forever… I only asked for a Hershey pie, they said great and 10minutes later once I get to pay for it, she says can I give you a reese’ pie. We don’t have Hershey. Soo pissed. Tell me that before sit in line forever! Won’t be going back here again and won’t be recommending this place.

Don’t think two stars is bad. For this location, it’s actually good. At least we got greeted this time. The food is as good as expected… which does not say much. Wait time was average. The saving grace to out trip: my hunger.

I redeem my coupon in Burger King App and show it to cashier; she says they don’t do that in this location because they have no resources to accept phone codes. I ask her for chicken big king and she says they don’t have it in meal(meal option in in menu above her head).

I do like their new satisfries they have, they taste pretty good, specially when just out of the fryer, the burgers are your typical hamburgers from a major chain and are ok, better then McDonalds though.

Good burgers. Didn’t give it 6 stars because it’s not«as good as it gets» lol.

Okay, I’m starting to quickly change my mind about this Burger King! I was recently shocked to find out they had raised the price of their 20-piece chicken nuggets from $ 4.99 to $ 5.49! BUT, to rub salt into a pricing wound, you can buy a 4-piece for a buck! Yep, you guessed it as fast as I did: you can buy five 4-piece nuggets for LESS than one 20-piece!!! I guess you get penalized for saving them from the extra packaging or something. So, I contacted Burger King on their website about this issue. I reminded them that 20-piece nuggets are $ 4.95−4.99 at every fast food restaurant around, even right across the street from the one on 72nd at Wendy’s. I got a reply from the district manager, Eric Somers, within a day or two. This is a portion of his e-mail: «I wanted to write you and let you know that we heard you loud and clear. We have lowered our price of the 20 piece nugget to 4.99.» Well, his claim was untrue! In fact 8 days later I went back to this same BK and ordered a 20-piece and as expected they were still $ 5.49! This time I was smart enough to have my camera ready when the price popped up on the drive-thru screen! After getting a picture, I backed out of the drive-thru and went across the street to Wendy’s to save 54 cents. Not a lot, but it adds up when you eat as many nuggets as I do. It appears the district manager just tells customers what he thinks they want to hear or will make them happy. His claim of lowering the price was unfounded. Because of this dishonest district manager’s lack of concern for keeping customers, I’ve chosen to not eat at Burger King again. I have far too many other choices to have to deal with some of their rude drive-thru workers and their outlandish prices. It’s buyer beware if you chose to eat at Burger King. You might want to check your receipt next time and see just how much you paid for each item. Then call around and see what other fast food places charge for the same item(or close to it). Myself, I’ve already called several other Burger Kings in the area, as well as Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and Jack In The Box to confirm the prices.

The workers always seem distracted and rude, and the order I give them is usually not what’s in my bag so make sure you check yours before driving off!

Got some coupons to try the new menu. I’m impressed. The chicken, apple and cranberry salad was yummy. It had crumbled blue cheese and an apple cider vinaigrette. All the ingredients seemed really fresh. The chicken was crispy and not greasy at all. Service here was great. There was the typical HS student taking my order, but she was nice, although a little unsure. They initially forgot the dressing for my salad. We were dining in, so I just grabbed a worker as he walled past to ask about it and he apologized and brought it right to me. It was busy at lunch time, but the food came up fast.

The only down to this review is the fact that the people there don’t look happy to be there. The good things: the service was fast, the accuracy was 100% right now. And the location is perfect. When you finish filling you car with gas, feel the need for a snack. Stop by to this burger king.

I suppose McDonald’s spoiled me with the fact that they put the cream and sugar in your coffee for you. ha ha i was surprised when the driv-thru lady handed me a black coffee and though i did ask for 4 sugars and 4 creams, i got 3 creams and 5 sugars. my hasbrowns were cold, not lukewarm, cold. not a very satisfied customer. I guess the morning lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed. generally they do something to screw up my order. and I always find out by the time i get home. either they give me too much food(which means someone else got screwed) or the don’t give me everything i ordered. why do I keep coming here?
