Mathis Exterminating Pest Control

This company started of great but went south real fast. They switched techs and arrived at my house with out a call as I requested. After talking to them, they assured me that the next time they came that they would. Once again the tech showed up without notice, but this time I had a video security put into place. I saw the tech through my cameras spend a total of 4 – 5 mins spraying my 2500 sq ft house. The tech was thorough and sat in his van for over 8 – 10 mins. When I told the office lady about this all she did was make excuses! I asked for my old tech back and all Elmer (the owner) told me was send a the video and if it’s true I ll LET u have the old tech back! Really?! He canceled my acct and I hope no one ever has to experience this horrible service provided by Mathis! Stay far away!

So spiders. Those evil bastards that laugh maniacally while I’m reduced to a pile of tears, screaming and trying to vaccum them up with the hose. They were back with a vengeance this year. Bigger and badder than ever and out for blood. Probably mine.
I couldn’t take it anymore. My parents signed up a few months back and were happy, so I called Mathis. Kent came out a couple days later to talk to me and give me a free estimate. He was wonderful. He asked about my concerns and took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. I signed up right away. He sprayed, dewebbed and killed the spiders and egg sacks he could see.
I was so impressed with him. He was friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. I liked the fact that he’ll always be the one doing the service too. There won’t be 10 different people coming and going.

Mathis Exterminating is the best! They are professional, efficient and effective. My experience with them has been excellent. I am very happy and satisfied.
