Employees standing around with the manager talking real loud and cussing. A member of management yelling at and arguing with an employee in front by the registers. Very unprofessional. Food good sometimes fries are cold but you get that at all McDonald’s.

Worst customer service ever, even for a Mcdonalds. The 2 lane drive thru is a joke, half the time the help 3 or 4 cars in one lane that show up after you… super frustrating. Spending 25 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous for a 1 sandwich order… I think it should be mandatory that all drive thrus have a way out so you can leave when its taking too long! Then they have nothing to say about it… hate this place and will never be back. Better off skipping Mcdonalds anyway!

Took 25 min to get a cup of coffee going thru drive thru yesterday (Sat at 11 AM). Person answering the order speaker never said a word in over 5 min sitting there – not even a greeting or «just a min.» I finally gave up and drove to pay window. Two young ladies thete, both wearing headsets, talking to each other but not taking orders. «Is the speaker broken,» I asked. «No, just one person here to take orders,» she answered. Yet I was looking at 2 of them. Two cars in front of me at that time. Twenty minutes later, still two cars in front of me. I walked to the window and the young woman who is supposed to be taking orders brought me my coffee. I asked the driver in front of me to move up enough that I could get out of the line. When I left, there were 10 cars still in the double line. Two cars backed out and left. One nearly caused an accident. Twenty five min to get a cup of coffee. I should have gone to Starbucks.

This is the worst McDonald’s! The drive through is so slow and the employees could use some training! After having to wait for 10 minutes, I got cold fries and a charred patty that was hard as a brick!!! I Can’t believe I even have to write this review! Do yourself a favor and drive by this McDonald’s! It’s a total waste of money!

The worst McDonalds Ive ever been too. Old food, bad customer service, don’t get the order right. Never again.

The worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They mess up the orders so regularly the we always check everything before driving away from the window. Who ever hires these kids never seems to demand they do their jobs, they barely mentally show up. They don’t care and it is clear that no one demands that they care. Sometimes the burgers are flat or crushed or thrown together. The actual owner show visit In & Out Burgers and see what kind of fast food service they have their employees present.

Worse McDonalds we have had in years. Even the employees in back were complaining that the manager on duty needs to «do something instead of just standing around.»
Our service was slow and not knowledgeable of their product. Our order had 5 things wrong (there were 7 of us). Our fry’s were cold and soggy. The worse thing was no one seemed to care.
Not going back to this one.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The service is so bad and they constantly get your orders wrong. I don’t go to this location anymore.

I know it is a McDonald’s. But it is terrible. The staff has no curtesy whatsoever and they are all terrible people to communicate with. The manager is an old bitch and told us to «fuck off» when we tried to explain that workers were being disrespectful to people. An employee spilled ketchup and an elderly man started to help clean up the young mans mess and the worker stopped cleaning and walked away without saying thank you. Just fucked up staff

Every time I come here, the system breaks down. Also, the Playplace attracts a certain element that is unsettling. Go to one of the other McDonald’s in the area instead.

Every single time I come here I get a messed up order. I had to go to the counter 3 times only to be told I needed my receipt. I got it from the table only to have my order messed up for the third time. I tossed the food and left.

If the person taking my order would worry more about listening to, me rather than concentrating on the Apple pie upgrade that would be great. Trying to order a large water seemed to explode some people’s minds also, even when saying I would pay whatever the charge was. Went and tried to have a nice civil talk with the manager and left me standing there for five minutes. It goes to show, I shouldn’t be eating at McDonald’s anyway! If I do it most certainly will not be this location.

Pretty good McD’s. Fast drive thru. Nicely remodeled, comfy soft booths now, free Wi-​Fi. No major problems here.
The staff is pretty good, though sometimes they don’t seem to care about their job and a bit lazy, but the food arrives fast and hot.
The drive-​thru is friendly and usually fast. Double lanes on the drive-​thru means you order fast, only a few times have I had to wait for my meal. They get the orders right.
1 star off for the staffer on cleaning duty who walked past a napkin on the floor (twice) and the cashier who insisted the McRib was a breakfast item only. Thank «Ronald» for the managers on duty, because this staff isn’t the sharpest.

Just not good. Always out of something. Fries never hot. Slow service. Only go here in a pinch.

We have been here a few times now and have had no problems with our orders. They renovated it recently so the play area for the kids is nice. The staff have been courteous and are not stingy with the sauce like some other McDonalds.

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Corporate manager take notice: you have some leadership problems in this store; a summary: I arrived at 5 AM; cleaning gear was (and still is!) scattered around the eating area; the food prep area was filthy with old shredded lettuce on the floor around the drain; service was slow, and my #4 Sausage biscuit with egg had a rather hard crust on it: day old maybe. I had to ask them to post up the breakfast menu.
Better get a new manager, and have the cleaning crew «get it done» in the wee hours, and be ready for prime time around 5 AM.
Sign me: not coming back until problems fixed!

This mc’ds is the worst when it comes to respecting the customer. Twice going through the drive thru I waited too long to be ungreeted by some stoned homey. When finished ordering I had to ask if I should drive forward only to be asked to read off my order on the screen? I was the only car in line. My 40 piece mcniggets only came with two sauce packs. When I asked for more dude just chucked them in the bag. Very unprofessional workers who treat you like your an idiot.

AWFUL!!! Oh shoot I have to give them one star, I’d rather give them zero! First off, my elderly Mother and Father in law, at that time, were frequent customers there several years ago when my Mother in law took a fall. It had been raining outside and the floor inside was wet, there was no orange cone advising of this. Mom laid there on the floor and not one of the employees came to help. (Dad had severe osteoporosis and was unablet to lift her) It took an off duty firefighter who just happened to be there that helped her.
Over the years my husband and I have not been back there however, the other day starving and in a hurry I decided to go through their drive through. That was a BAD IDEA as I sat there for about 15 minutes w/​o anyone asking for my order. First of all it was about 12:30 and they still had breakfast menu’s up on both lanes. I happened to see a McDonald’s employee nearby smoking. I waived him over told him that they hadn’t changed their menu’s and asked him what in the world was going on and that many of us stuck in these lines have not ordered yet. He casually said «oh it’s just shift change time». I waited a few more minutes when I noticed that the car’s behind me were backing out of the line. I thought to myself «YAY! I finally can escape this line! They lost about 6 customers that day that I witnessed just in that period of time. I get the feeling they just don’t care.
I proceeded to go to Taco Bell. I told them what had happened and the gal at the window said «oh yah their always like that over there».
Can you believe this? Where in the world has compassion for others, customer service and pride in the work that you do gone?

This is one the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve been to. I don’t think they have ever got my order right. Both the drive through as well as ordering at the counter yields the same mediocre results. They always leave a portion of my order out, or charge me for something I didn’t order. Fast food is supposed to be fast, not «let me wait an extra ten minutes while you fix yet another mistake.»
This last time they forgot half my order! I give up on giving this place chances. Never again going here. If you want a quick bite to eat choose another place. There are a few other choices in the immediate area.

I go to this McDonalds more than any other one simply because it is corporate owned and therefore the prices are a lot cheaper than the ones that are franchised. My only complaint is that they fail to do quality assurance with some things. You will get old fries and your drink will be colored water because they fail to check to make sure the syrup that goes in the drinks are fully stocked. Other than that, it’s a McDonalds.
