Worst papa murphies experience I have had. The manager was so rude and spoke over me to tell the cashier I could not use any discount at all, even though I was already in the middle of paying and ended up having to pay double ! I wondered why there was such poor reviews on this location but now I know why! Drive the extra distance and go to another one !

Embarrassing service — front register kid sent us away saying our online order that was placed an hour before we went in didn’t exist. He also suggested that«your wife probably forgot to actually order it.» So rude. When we called the nearby stores no one had it so we called this one, even though we’d already been there. Someone else answered saying our order had been ready for over a half hour. When we went back in the manager feigned concern about why we had left and come back. When we told her what happened she got distracted by another customer she apparently is best friends with and sent us off. When we got home we found we had not been given the bacon cheesy bread we paid extra for, but are refusing to go back. Absolutely horrible. From now on we’ll be driving the extra distance to ANY other pizza place to avoid this frustration.

Good decent pizza for the price. I like the murphy’s combo. Seems like their dough is always a bit tough. If the dough was a bit softer I would give another star. Best day to go is Tuesday for the $ 10.00 special.

For a business that simply«assembles» your food and then makes you cook it yourself, one would expect that a place like Papa Murphy’s would focus on three things– quality, speed, and courtesy. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant is lacking in all those things. I can’t fault them for the awful location(it’s a feat just getting in and out of the tiny parking lot) or for the milling crowds of stringy drug addicts constantly lounging around the pot shop next door, but I will fault them for the things they ARE responsible for. Firstly– the speed. I’ve been here at least three times(just to make sure that I wasn’t coming in on a bad day). All three times I ordered what would be considered the«quickest» pizza option– the pepperoni«fave» pizza. And each time it took no less than fifteen minutes for them to slooooowly make the dang thing, each pepperoni lackadaisically plopped, one by one, onto the pizza. They literally take more time just to assemble their uncooked product than most chains take to cook it start to finish. Secondly– the service. Each time I’ve been here, the employees seem to consist of one overworked(yet professional and positive) cashier, while behind her was a cadre of overweight, surly shufflers, just there to be angry about one thing or another. When the person making your pizza gets into a fight with another person preparing to make a different pizza, that’s not a good sign. All this would be forgiven if not for the fact that the pizza quality itself is terrible. The crust is bland and unseasoned, the cheese is dry and tasteless, and even when cooked properly the whole thing maintains an overly chewy, doughy consistency with little to no proper«rise» in the breading. I’ve had better frozen pizza, unfortunately. I wish I could be more positive about this particular chain, but unfortunately they’re just so low quality that I can’t recommend spending any money on their product.

This location is pretty iffy on product quality. One visit it’s great and then a week later your supreme pizza has nothing on it. One thing for certain: your pizza will NOT be ready on time, so add 15 minutes to the time they give you. You should also always call ahead.
