I’m not sure if they changed the way they boxed the dinner box, but I for sure didn’t get the bread or cinna stix, I also have never ordered boneless wings, but I wouldn’t have ordered knowing that they came without any sauce on them. this is the worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza. not only did I not receive my complete dinner box, but this is the SECOND time they had to deliver because the first time we got a pizza we didn’t order and a bag full of ranch. honestly won’t be ordering from here anymore. if I had a chance to skip giving them a star I would, but I suppose the one star will have to do.

Thanks Pizza Hut for wasting my time. I had not ordered from them in some time because other chains had better deals going on but with the wife not wanting to go out and an offer promising free cheese bread I thought I would give it a chance. Well after jumping through the hoops of signing up to their mailing list to get the coupon I find that it cannot be used with my order, only with menu price pizzas which are such a rip off that they created the deals to attract customers. So the coupon is worthless, half hour of my life is wasted and all I’ve accomplished is deciding to never have Pizza Hut again. Deceptive marketing and cheapo business tactics are not ways to win customers or compete.

Agree with Sassy C. I got a pizza that actually had blank spots on it where there was no cheese or toppings. If you’re picking up, take a serious look at it before you walk out. They open the box and say «how’s that?» and you’re starving so you say, «yeah looks good.» Then you get home and it’s a bread pie with the smallest amount of sauce cheese and toppings you’ve ever seen. Do they really think people will stand there and wait for them to make another pizza if they don’t like the looks of it? Maybe some people do.
I actually wrote to Pizza Hut about it seeing as how I’m not the only one who gets shorted by this location. I got a certificate for a free pizza!
It’s a shame because when Pizza Hut is good, it’s great. When it’s bad it’s the worst. This location is the latter.

I never get the right amount of cheese! This place short changes ALL their customers on the cheese. They are suppose to put a layer of cheese on the bottom, then the toppings, then another layer of cheese on the top. BUT. they put the toppings on first then ONLY the top layer of cheese! I know, I asked the manager if that is what they do and he said yes. I know how they are suppose to be made cuz I use to work at another store. Even if I ask for «extra cheese»,…I don’t get it, because that «extra» cheese they charge me/you for — it actually the cheese that is suppose to go on the bottom first! So its a total rip off…

I always order the same thing. Large stuffed crust pizza and cheese bread with a cherry Pepsi. I get my order carry out so I have no experience with delivery.
Upon walking into this establishment, you might would think you’ve just walked into a kitchen. It’s rather awkward. I feel out of place/and in the way every time I come in lol. There’s literally about 5 feet from the door you enter through to the counter you pick up at…
The rest is all kitchen. They have a garden bench for you to sit and wait for your pizza say it’s not ready when you walk in to it pick up.
The shopping center it’s in. is run down and sketchy. I always carry pepper spray in my purse especially if I go at night.
The employees are always friendly and very attentive. I always get extra Parmesan cheese packets, crushed red pepper and ranch at no extra charge. Some places make you pay extra for those.

The pizza is great but the location is terrible. When you walk in the door you might think you’re mistaken because you appear to be walking straight into their kitchen.
Wait time for a walk-in orders is 30 minutes and counting. There also aren’t any places to sit and wait for your carry out order. Did I mention it’s carry out only? Some google reviews touted being able to sit down. There isn’t even a bench to wait for carry out orders, let alone a table to dine in.
My advice? You’ll enjoy the pizza more if you order delivery and wait in the warmth of your own home. Standing outside in the cold weather in a strip mall isn’t really anyone’s ideal dining experience.

Pizza Hut has been one of my fave pizza places since I was a child.
My family & I used to get delivery or carryout from this location every few months or so as a treat.
It’s one of the few Pizza Hut’s left that still offer sit-down service vs. delivery locations only.
What I do love about this location is the lunch buffet they still offer during the week which includes a salad and/or pizza bar. Not many places offer that any longer and sometimes, you don’t want or need a whole pie.
