We live in a community of over 100 homes and I am NOTIMPRESSED with their work or their employees conduct at all. NEVEREVEREVER is it okay even when you think no one is looking to go in the woods right by your clientele’s house or area and pee and come out buttoning up your pants! Mind you, this wasn’t the first time we contacted the business about it. The first time was 4 months ago and then the SAME employee did it again. When I posted a review on their fb page the supervisor’s supervisor’s supervisor told me to please take it down because it would hurt business. He told me the employee in question would be written up and if he did it again(the third time) he’d be fired. This is not acceptable. We have kids who play in this area and they don’t need to be picking up things in nature that their employees leaked upon. Due to either blocking or dismantling their review on fb I can’t increase their rating seeing they didn’t want their employee’s conduct revealed. This doesn’t include dropping grass clippings in other people’s yards, doing a cruddy job blowing, doing a poor job or not completing tasks and when employees are confronted they immediately tell you they don’t speak English and walk off as if you don’t exist.

ProGrass did our landscaping for 200 homes in our community. They were always very nice to work with, however, the follow through was just not there. The manager made promises that were not kept and many excuses on why things were not getting done, so ultimately, we gave them notice. The crew seemed to rush through our large community and didn’t pay attention to details. The last straw was when they neglected to turn our irrigation system on for the first couple weeks of our very hot summer, which made a portion of our plants, trees, and grass die. After months of working on trying to recover them, ProGrass promised to remove and replace them, however, the removal was the only thing done before their contract ended. Perhaps ProGrass would be better fit for a smaller community, but nothing too large.
