We bought a Groupon for air duct cleaning and as fate has it, a more serious issue with our motor was discovered. Since, our home is a new build, the builders didn’t clean the furnace or the motor post-construction and there was sheet rock stuck all over it. Due to an oversight on their part, Puget Sound Pro willingly replaced the motor free of charge and did an entire system cleaning along with ordering of an air filter for lifetime use. Furthermore, Richard was extremely patient with all my questions & concerns and provided some helpful tips. I can’t recommend them enough. It was hard to initially get a hold of someone and setup an appointment but past that stage, everything has been smooth sailing so far. I will update my review once the filter arrives.

Richard called 30 mins prior to confirm running on time, both him and his helper/son wore shoe covers in our home. They were very respectful and flexible while my wife was preparing for work to access the vents. Our furnace was in terrible shape, and we just bought ¹¹⁄₁₅. Richard showed us each issue he found, no pressure, gave us options. Obviously, and happily, we allowed him to fix/clean everything for us. We took several cards, and will certainly send new customers his way as well keep a yearly plan with him.

Greg came out to do a chimney sweep and inspection for us today. He was amazing, answered all our question gave us helpful tips and his phone # incase we had any questions further down the line. He was efficient and tidy and made us feel very assured. Thank you!

I bought a Groupon for air vent cleaning to prepare for the upcoming winter. I called them no less that five times during the two weeks to try to set up an appointment, but they never answered. I even left two voice mails and never got a call back until week three. They finally called back, set up an appointment and came out. I will say that they did an excellent job. They’re family ran and very busy and that’s why they don’t get back to you right away. They’re worth the money if you aren’t in a hurry.

I would give this company 0 star but it’s not an option. First, it’s playing phone tag getting a hold of them. No one ever answers their phone. When you leave a message it takes them awhile to respond. Then they scheduled us on the wrong date and blamed us! They’re not even willing to work with us to correct their mistake. Horrible customer service.
