First of all I am only giving them one star because I can’t give them zero. The woman there, Jody, is extremely rude. Nice at first and then snappy with me because I was unhappy with their services. They came out last week to fix the septic, which never worked after they left. Dave, the technician, even said at the door that he felt uneasy about it and wasn’t sure if he had fixed the problem. They were here two hours and basically just reorganized the wiring and used the manual to drop down the level, which I could do myself. I called the office thinking that since I had paid them $ 320.00 and it was still not working that they may try to rectify it, but what I was met with was a complete disrespect and attitude from Jody, who even interrupted me to shout at me asking why my husband wasn’t calling. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If they didn’t fix the problem and charge you $ 320 you would think they might have a little integrity in trying to fix it, but no. No integrity at all and from Jody arguing with me that Dave didn’t say he was uneasy about it, which he later admitted to my husband AGAIN over the phone, I would also say no honesty! Do yourself a favor and call Drain Pro, they fixed the problem that Dave ignored in less than 30 minutes a week later. I have never felt so taken advantage of before in my life and Jody is the most disrespectful office rep I have ever dealt with and I worked for a power company for crying out loud!

We’ve been using Drain Tech Northwest since soon after they opened up, about 10 years ago. Dave’s always been quick, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Jody in the office is incredibly sweet and even sent me a graduation card. The best thing about Drain Tech is that Dave charges by the hour, rather than by the job. One visit and it’s done. If there’s still time on the clock, he goes around the house looking for other drains to clear or faucets to tune up. Great company, highly recommended.

I called then with a serious sewage back up into our house on a Sunday. The person on the phone started talking really nice at first but when I didn’t understand the terms and locations of piping under the ground she proceeded to get very rude to me. I can understand if you don’t want to work on a Sunday but you came recommended by a property manager that uses you and she said that this is not the first time that this has happened. I would recommend that unless you want to be disrespected to call a better company.
