This is a great school and overall experience. We had Steve… smart, skilled and funny! We took the ASA 101 and felt very informed by the end. With a minor wind challenge, they were more than accommodating a make up class to get out there in some wind. Great experience from start to finish, we are looking forward to getting more certs in our ASA log book. See you at the Tides!

I have sailed and trained in sailing all over the world and PSSI is one of the best schools I have attended. Their sailing classes are designed to make you a successful and confident sailor and to get you out on the water and having fun immediately. I would recommend their courses and sailing vacations to all.

An exceptional experience! Steve was a fantastic instructor.
I was hesitant to sign up for a sailing class and nervous on the first day, but was blown away by how fun it was and by how much I learned. Steve Foss did an excellent job teaching us each how to sail and making us feel confident in our abilities. He was fun, relaxed, and very competent. I highly recommend both this sailing school and Steve.

Best sailing school in the NW!. maybe the world…
If you wanna learn to sail, this is the place to go! Mike is an amazing teacher with patience who makes use of excellent examples to impart new concepts and ideas to his pupils.
The exotic sailing vacations are AMAZING!!! I’ve done three and I’m sure ill be back for more! They’re one of the best deals anywhere to learn to sail and get a vacation at the same time!!! If you wanna learn to have a real adventure and live in tune with the sea and nature at the same time, sailing is for you! Go down and see Mike, tell em Gabe sent ya :)

PSSI wants you to succeed as a sailor. The instructors (and instructor-​owner) go above and beyond the ASA curriculum to present the information needed not only to complete the certification, but also to give you the information needed to have confidence on the water… sometimes two separate things. I will continue to take courses from PSSI, as well as join their sailing club. I would not hesitate recommending PSSI to anyone serious about learning and having fun sailing.
