She knows my hair and is always willing to go extreme with me! She’s detailed, genuine, and always makes me feel right at home! I have been getting my hair done by Melissa for about 3 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! I have gotten cuts and color from her and I absolutely love it every time. She gives great feedback and always listens to exactly what I want. This salon is new and so cute! It is located in the Proctor district and close to 2 Starbucks and Metropolitan Market. They always have the products I want and are always recommending new ones. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair except Melisa! I highly recommend her and this salon, they are all amazing!

LOVE this place!
I went for the first time on Saturday, and had the best experience. My appointment was with Kristal. She was so personable, very knowledgable, and welcoming. I asked for a blowout + curl, as my fiancé and I were taking engagement photos later that day. She did such a beautiful job on my hair! She also took extra time and care to make sure it would stay in place all day, since our photos were outside. The style remained in place all day AND all the next day. It was wonderful.
The style bar itself is also gorgeous. I highly recommend this place!

I love Kristal, she is the only person I let touch my hair! She is very experienced and educated on the new trends and styles! She works wonders on my thick, long, curly hair. I get my hair cut and colored by her, and I would suggest adding the deep conditioning treatment! It leaves my hair hydrated and shiny! Love the products the salon sells, and the ambiance is fun!

I’ve gone to Rachel for several years and she recently moved to this salon. of course I followed her. The salon is easily found since it’s right on the main street of the Proctor district. There is always parking some place, even if you have to walk a block or two. Rachel is absolutely the best stylist ever. The salon uses Kerastase products which are amazing. You can even have a glass of wine or a beer courtesy of the salon while you’re getting your cut and color.

I have been with Krystal for about 2 years now. The salon her and Melissa opened is fabulous! Very trendy and upbeat. All the stylist keep up with new/​current hair trends and the products to back it up. They are one of the few salons that carry Kerastase products!

I love this Salon. Very relaxing atmosphere and the best products on the market available for purchase.
Refinery Style Bar is in the perfect location, very easy to find and plenty of parking.
I’m looking forward to my next visit in the evening so I can enjoy a glass of wine while I get my hair cut and colored! My idea of the perfect combination.

This salon is an excellent place to go to get your hair cut. Crystal is a very experienced hair stylist. Not only does she do great hair but has amazing customer service. She really takes the time to give a great consultation and hair cut. I love the atmosphere of the salon. It’s clean and has a updated fresh look. Check it out

Amazing salon! Kristal is so talented and she knows what’s «in». Location is great, and service is great! I feel like going to a friends house for coffee and getting my hair done. Very comfortable setting!
