They don’t care about their customers !!! I can’t believe it! I have been a tmobile customer for 9 years, pay 200 $ a month with them! I upgraded my daughters phone last Thursday to the galaxy S5, we noticed a few days later that there was a pixel that had gone out so tonight I took the phone to the Puyallup store to exchange. However the Puyallup store was out so they called the Tacoma store, Lincoln plaza since I drive by there to work durning the week. The Lincoln plaza store had 4 in stock but REFUSED to hold one for me so I could exchange the damaged phone! The Puyallup store called twice and still Tacoma would not help! Now, I have a busted phone, daughter can’t take pictures at her homecoming because there’s a black dot on her head and the company I give 200 $ a month to will not help me out! I am livid! This store needs a reality check in customer service!

We’ve been going there for several years and am very pleased with the level of expertise and customer service. You may have to wait if the store is busy, but the staff working there make you feel like a valued customer. The manager is a great guy and is very competent. We just switched out both or our phones and switched plans which worked out better than we expected because of their willingness to take the time to review our history and needs. I surely recommend them to T-Mobile customers.

As a company T-Mobile and I have a checkered relationship. Their customer service has always been deplorable, both through the call centers and in stores. When my phone died on me on Monday all I could think was«CRAP!!! Now I have to deal with T-Mobile AGAIN!!!» I was en route to the Tacoma mall anyway so I figured I would try that T-Mobile and I am VERYGLAD I did!!! Without going into too much back story, I had to leave and come back and when I got there the second time, the man who had been helping me had just clocked out to leave for the day. I was overjoyed when he saw me walk in and CLOCKEDBACKIN to help me! Keep in mind this was not a sale so he was not getting commission! He had to finagle some stuff on the account so I could get a warranty replacement that without him I would not have gotten. I would have given this store a 4 if it weren’t for the fact that he neglected to tell me the replacement phone was on back order. He stated I would have it in 24 hours and it has now been a few days and I am still waiting on one to become available. Without him I would be stuck with a P.O.S. phone for good instead of just the week. Will definitely be going to this location for any concerns regarding my account and new equipment in the future!!!

This is my #1 go to store. I have had bad experiences at other locations with poor customer service but not on 38th street. This place rocks!
