Taco Bell

This is going to plain and simple. No this isn’t a 5÷5… This is a fast food 5.
When it comes to getting fast food, I expect fast food and everything that comes with it. I don’t expect fine dining or eloquent vernacular through reading back orders.
For years this has been a go-​to place for my midnight or later needs. I’ve never had any problems. I’ve always gotten extra sauce. It’s cheap and quick. I’ve never had an employee be rude or inconsiderate. Probably because I start my order with «may I please have» and not «aye lemme get a.»
So this is a fast food 5. Because it’s my go-​to for Mexican fast food, convenient, and I get exactly what I expect.

Was in the mood for some Taco Bell so I just so happened to be by this one. As soon as I walked in me and my co workers were greeted by Kim. She was very welcoming. She kinda made me feel like a celebrity and when it came to ordering she called be my name which made me feel as if i knew her. The rest of the staff was also great. They place is very clean and well kept, they also did a awesome job on the food

Ordered a steak burrito and got this shit that is half a size a $ 1 bean burrito. This is done through the drive thru.

Very clean and the staff was extremely friendly — they remembered my name and brought my order to my table. No complaints whatsoever.

There’s a black lady named «Ms. Kim» and she is the loudest, rudest, and most stubborn women ever. She insisted I was wrong about what I ordered, even though I repeated what I wanted 5 times. And when I confronted her, she looked me in the eye and said I didnt order it at all.
She raised her voice significantly at me, and none of the 4 employees doing absolutely nothing, said anything to her about it.

Just get your food and go. The customer service is non existent. Again, just get your food and go.

Often late to open for breakfast. The drive-​thru usually tries telling me that their fryer was getting fixed or that they had a problem with the gas hookup… But I’m pretty sure they are just unreliable and slow to open

Customer service was great. But twenty minutes after eating my chicken crunch wrap mini slider. I had it coming out both ends. It was so bad, I had to go home from work. I hadn’t had anything to eat all day so I’m positive it was the food. Be careful and be near your bathroom after eating here.

I found myself here while waiting to get my car fixed. The establishment was clean and I have to say that our host/​server Kimberly T was exceptional. She was so outstanding that I took the time to look at her name tag and the receipt that she gave me. My mother was with me and even she commented on her exceptional customer service. She acknowledged each customer, came by to check on us, and just was overall attentive.
Kim had a line of customers and my mom went to the bathroom without realizing you needed a key. After Kim took care of her customers in line, she came by with the key and said, «ma’am were you trying to get in the bathroom.» I was impressed that she addressed my mother’s need, prioritized the customers, and didn’t put the burden on my mom to go back. That exceeds my expectation. She also knew some customers by name – a trait that I don’t expect in a non-​fast food establishment.
If she’s not the manager, someone should promote her. If she is the store manager, she should be on the regional manager track!

Not sure why the other reviewer has such bad times here, but this is my all-​time favorite Taco Bell on the planet! They always have the friendliest staff, and they always get my orders right. But what I love most about THIS Taco Bell is how much they put on every item I’ve ever ordered! OMG, I’ve never gotten this much cheese on a taco or burrito, and I’ve NEVER had a complaint about the food here! Sure, sometimes the tables could use some attention, but the food is always hot and great! The only Taco Bell that comes even close to this one is the one in Lakewood on Bridgeport Way. Same thing… they rarely skimp on their servings! But I still have yet to find another Taco Bell on the planet that packs so much into each and every item I’ve ever ordered here! And hey, I’ve been here a bazillion times, so I can honestly say I’m a «regular»! And this is the one Taco Bell I don’t recall EVER going to drunk, after the bars closed or when everything else was closed. I’ve found that ALL Taco Bell locations have HORRIBLE service AND food if you go at 2:00 in the morning. But try this place during the day and you’ll be hooked.

I have been to this Taco Bell many times and each time I go I order my food without tomato. Each and every time I get my food there is not only tomato on everything that comes with tomato, there are tomatoes on the items that don’t even come with tomatoes on them. Attention to detail could use some work, but overall it’s Taco Bell, no worse and no better than any other one I have been to. If you are a fan of Taco Bell, you will be happy.
