During an event my organization hosted at this venue, multiple guests reported serious concerns regarding the hygiene and handling of the food service. Despite many attempts to bring this issue to the attention of the management, we found them beyond difficult to reach regarding our concerns. This lack of responsiveness makes us greatly concerned that no real resolution or improved training would result to ensure similar issues wouldn’t recur.

Event here, which was wonderful. But the venue, food and service were horrible! Worst food ever. I ordered the spaghetti squash. First my entrée never came and everyone else at my had finished their meals by the time I was finished. Finally, my meal came, which was severely overcooked mushy squash with canned tomato sauce dumped on top. Disgusting. Everyone else had skimpy portions with mediocre food. We asked for more bread, none ever came. The waiters were rude and inappropriate. They didn’t have enough champagne or champagne glasses. Our dinner should have been served around 7. Our table was served salads around 7:30 and our entrees didn’t arrive until 9PM! Unacceptably slow service.

I just had my wedding here on 7÷7÷12. My husband and I booked the venue a year in advance, which I am thankful for because we were able to get the Roof Garden Ballroom. The weather was FANTASTIC, so we were able to have the ceremony outside with Mt. Rainier as our backdrop. The staff was wonderful the whole time. Michael did good work staying in contact with us, and responding quickly whenever I ha questions. The food was great as were the decorations that the landmark provided(chair covers with tie-backs, and we rented the columns and mirrors for the tables). The staff has also been super friendly with me after the wedding because my matron of honor and best man left a lot of things behind and the Landmark stored them for us until I was able to get down there and get them. Will definitely recommend!

I had the privilege of having my wedding and reception on the Roof Top of the Landmark. We started planning 18 months ago and they were very helpful in planning the linens, the chair covers, and especially in planning the food. They had a terrific tasting open house which allowed us to taste all of the dishes that they prepare. They were exceptionally patient through the stress of the planning and were available on my wedding day as well. Michael and Karen are very good at what they do and made my wedding day incredibly special. I will always treasure this experience and will book future events with them.

I attended a wedding here on Saturday night. With the exception of having to walk of many flights of stairs, I was impressed with the facilities and the staff at the Landmark. The wedding took place in the Ionic Hall on the 4th floor and the reception/dinner took place on the 6th floor Roof Garden Ballroom. The view from the outdoor deck was fantastic! Too bad it was a rather cool and wet October night. I’d love to come back here on a warm summer night… Back in the day I attended a few concerts(Robert Cray, Joe Cocker and Robin Trower) at the Temple Theater, which is part of the complex. The Landmark is actually the old Masonic Temple Hall/Theater which was built in 1926. The building shows its age, but it is aging gracefully. The building is on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
