i’ve been going to the cell phone place since I was 16, and have always avoided going to other businesses because of how well I’m treated here. HOWEVER, not being able to leave a voicemail, showing up the business during normal hours to find out it’s closed. to say the least I’m furious. Not the best way to maintain customer loyalty guys!!!
