Incredible coffee! I’ve been here so many times in the past 2 weeks it’s slightly scary. I’m simple, drip hot or over ice with a little cream. Their coffee is gold every time… So much so, I buy their beans. Thanks Tully’s for being awesome!

I tried the Yerba mate latte and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, I’ll be ordering another! There’s also some cute more secluded seating, which was great for our morning devotional. We’ll definitely be back :)

OMGALL of the staff are AMAZING, quick and get at remembering my drinks, I love it, as I am very picky about my coffee. But they are awesome

Have gotten coffee and sandwiches here twice, and it was great. Coffee is really great, not over roasted and burnt like Star*ucks. Super friendly older gentleman barista was at the register twice. Young gorgeous darkish female barista was working both times. She’s worth the trip alone!

Usually I like Tully but this one seemed to have an attitude. They had my Almond Mocha — Yeah — but I did not find the service friendly. They also had«real cups» for real people — not paper. I mentioned about decorating the top and their answer was — we do it when we feel like it. Huh We also had a Almond Croissant(note the pattern) that was the last one in the case and very dry. My wife’s hot chocolate was good. It is an older place and comfortable — nice upstairs also — and I will probably stop again if in the neighborhood. Probably would have given them 3.5 stars but 3 says A-OK so that is what I am sticking with.

Inconsistent as heck. Too much for me. I used to go every week on weekends and get it to go 2 or 3 times a week but after getting burned bitter espresso or the wrong milk, too many times, even after mentioning it to several managers, well I just gave up. Life is too short to drink bad coffee.

I LOVETULLY’S COFFEE! I didn’t realize there were a couple left in Tacoma! I usually go to the one near UW near 45th. I can stand Staryuck’s if there’s nothing else available. I loved Satellite coffee when they served Stumptown(and before they closed). There are a few little places here and there that come close, but darned if Tully’s doesn’t have them all beat. I’m a girl who likes it hot, sweet, fast, and more than 16 ounces. And I like to check in on my iphone while I’m doing it, and their wifi works better than most other locations. Wish the chain hadn’t been sold or gone bankrupt, or whatever the F happened to them. At least there’s a few left.

Tully’s is great and this shop in the Stadium area is nice, love the balcony for seating. If you’re here check out Stadium high school down the street, very cool high school.

I’m so glad this Tully’s did not get shut down. It’s conveniently located(for me), their baristas are SUPER sweet, and their coffee is great! Not overly burnt like…*cough* One of my favorite things about this shop is the cozy little upstairs nook with a window. On days I work outside of work, I like going up there. You’re away from a lot of the hustle and noise, but you can still see everything. Free wi-fi without needing a password is pretty rad too. As for the people that complain about the service being too slow… Next time, look at the person in front of you and see what they ordered. They’re most likely some yuppy ordering a «Venti 1 pump caramel, 1 pump white mocha, 2 scoops vanilla bean powder, with 2 shots poured over the top(apagotto style) with caramel drizzle under and on top of the whipped cream, double cupped.» freaking monster that is holding up the line. Not the barista’s fault! Just order coffee people. It’s hot and it’s goooood! No extras needed.

Usually I’m only ordering a cup of black coffee. Theirs is tasty, and costs about $ 2. Not too much else to say about that.

The coffee is good, the ambiance is unique, and the coffee service is… s l o w. It happened once when I ordered a coffee and waited about 10 minutes, but the second time I ordered two regular coffees — just fill ‘er up and send me on my way, please, but no: they did all the half-caf-skinny-low-whip-medium-foam drinks first, and after I checked my watch it had been 12 minutes. So, for me this place is a no go, but if you have the time, a good place to sit when it’s quiet.

This Tully’s is unique because of the building it’s in. The coffee is pretty good– nothing special. I’ve been here around Christmastime and they decorate the store really neat. I’m assuming they do this for all of the seasons. I like this Tully’s and would come here again if I were in the area.

After a long night of partying like an ‘80s sitcom star I hit this spot up for some life giving energy. It was like sipping from trevi. There was a short line that they quickly moved through but they didn’t sacrifice customer service while doing this. The two baristas were friendly and joking with everyone as they moved through the orders. I received my drinks minutes later, prepared properly and delivered with a smile. This is really all I ask of a coffee spot. Put the caffeine in my face with the proper tastiness and don’t make me feel like you’ve put cyanide in it. They not only accomplished this but I kinda felt like there may have been rainbow shards in my mocha. I’m a fan.

This little chalet, located kitty corner to Ranko’s and Stadium HS, is in the center of the Stadium District. As far as corporate coffee goes — S is for Star*ucks in Seattle, I like to think T is for Tacoma & Tully’s. The baristas have been here for a long time and know everybody. My favorite is Ty — he’s a sweetheart who makes a good cup and always has a kind word & smile. Make sure to say hi! A cute space in an old building — don’t miss the upstairs seating — there are only a couple tables. A tiny hide away — you get a little view of Commencement Bay with your latte and wi-fi!

For a chain coffee shop, I’m very impressed with this Tully’s. The free wifi was really nice when I first moved to the neighborhood and didn’t have internet yet. Plus they have a whole second floor where you can seclude yourself with your coffee and get your work done or read. It’s located in a really cool building and the baristas all always really friendly. If you’re in the mood for coffee, this Tully’s is a safe bet. I’ve been here multiple(and by multiple I mean MULTIPLE) times and never been disappointed

I’m a little surprised no one has reviewed this location as it’s across from the Harvester Restaurant in Tacoma. The location is great if you’re a local. In fact, this part of Tacoma reminds me of a Manhattan neighborhood. You have your grocery store(Stadium Thriftway), dry cleaner, salon, diner, Mexican restaurant, pharmacy, wine merchant, tailor, public park, and packs of hormonal melancholy teens(Stadium High School is RIGHT there) hanging out on the sidewalk. Now if we can only get a respectable Chinese restaurant, bagel place and a butcher… Enough of the neighborhood. This Tully’s is small and cute. It has a small 2nd floor balcony, free Wi-Fi and its corner location is perfect for people watching. The baristas were fast and pleasant. I got a decent iced chai latte. The only thing that could have made my visit better was if it was an independent coffee shop.
