Vans Shoes

As always the employees at this location went above and beyond for me, they were super helpful and very attentive and really friendly. I don’t even live around here and I’ll come back anytime I need some new Vans. Thanks guys!

I checked twice to make sure I was writing a review about the right location, because I’ve nothing good to say about the vibe in this store or 5/6’s of the employees. The fraction is not arbitrary, at least six people were working in this small store. That’s ridiculous to begin with, even if one dude is there just to work on boards.
REALITY CHECK: I’m sorry, you are not a bad ass because you work in the Vans Shoe Store in friggin’ Tacoma Mall. Get over it. Not one, not two, but three people passed me before I got help. I’m holding 4 different shoes in the shoe section and you give me dirty looks? This is insane.
Thank you, Leila, for finally helping me… please do not become as jaded as your co-​workers. I get the feeling you might get commission, I hope so, because the sale you helped with was large and you earned it. You earned the only star I’m giving this joint, the other is cause I like the product.
Next time my kids insist on Vans, we will do it on-​line.
