Terrible business. I had the same experience as Rob and Susannah. I have only been in twice, once her computer was broken and she was extremely rude and sarcastic about it and when I asked where else I could use a computer she scoffed at me and said she wasn’t going to help me support other businesses. I discovered vickie’s cyber café down the street after that and am always happy with her services. The other time I went to The Store was because vickies was closed. The copy prices were way over priced, and she charged me for BLANKS that came out when I printed!!! Avoid at all costs.

I had the same experience as Susannah. Lisa who I assume is the owner acted like she was doing me a favor as I spent $ 15 to print 10 pages and fax 11. If you have a business where you deal with the public you should act like you like them.

The woman working behind the counter is stressed out and rude. Terrible customer service demeanor and made me want to walk away without the print job I needed. A simple three page print job took over two hours once I emailed it to her and then when I arrived to pick it up she was still not ready. I will never go back. Word to the wise: to go the Internet café around the corner. They print there. I wish I had known about it earlier.
