West Shore Handyman and Maintenance

I live in San Francisco, but have a family house on the lake near Tahoe City. It’s been in our family forever and recently needed some upgrades. I got multiple estimates from contractors and skilled, recommended handymen to replace the carpet with hardwood floors, and put in new tile for the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as paint the entire interior and added pavers from the driveway to the front door. Kevin gave me a reasonable quote and he and his crew completed the job on time and on budget. Kevin was so reliable and professional that I referred him to other friends with houses nearby and have had heard nothing but rave reviews. When I can’t get up to check on the house I have asked him to check up on the place and take care of any problems which have come up, making sure that the house is in perfect condition when we come up to vacation.
