Blue Ribbon Cleaners

I’ve taken things here twice and both times I’ve had problems with quality. Wrinkles were pressed into my shirts in a number of places and the creases were messed up on my pants. Still looking for a decent dry cleaner in this town…

I don’t expect any dry cleaner to always get it right. But I do expect when a customer has an issue with substandard service, that you try to please the customer not just fix the job you failed to do in the first place. I dropped off a brand new suit by a reputable clothier, to have creases removed that were there from packing. The staff on pickup and drop off were very pleasant. The problem was with the «experienced 22 year veteran» that I believe was the manager. When I dropped off the suit, I consulted with the staff about our issue with the creases and they assured me that it would not be a problem. At pickup the creases were still there, I mentioned my issue in a polite manner and they offered to try it again. That is when the manager told me that the creases were just going to come back because its on a hanger. After she took the suit back to re press and steam it the creases were gone. She continued to tell me that they are just going to come back and my wife should return the suit if she is not happy with the way that it was made.
To be clear, we have no problem with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship of her suit, it looks great just like all the other clothes she owns from the same company. My only problem is with how rude and condescending the manager was when dealing with a polite customer that simply wanted them to do their job. Very disappointed, this dry cleaner came highly recommended and I have no problem with the final result after they fixed it. But there are many cleaners in town that also have good reputations, I just hope they appreciate their customers and treat them with a little more respect. Sorry Blue Ribbon, I will not use your services again.
