Went to Brazil’s today while I was in town from Orlando. I originally am from Tally and started coming here a few years ago. First, the girls that work there are great! They are always so nice and friendly. Next, the environment! It is so clean! Always clean and always smells great! Last, the service, always amazing. Through the years, i havent had one bad girl. Today I had Ashley & she did a phenomonal job and the appointment took as long as what they quoted. Very professional and well put together. I wish they had a Brazils in Orlando instead of European wax center. I waited a week to get my wax done just so I could come here.

Walked in an instantly felt judged by the receptionists. Not a great first impression. However after filing out the paperwork and going to the clean room I was pleasantly surprised. My waxing tech was nice but did not explain the process to me which I didn’t like. However she did a great job and the waxing was pain free and the easiest wax I’ve ever had and I’ve been waxed all over the country. I’m not sure if I will be back or not, due to the receptionists. Seriously they didn’t even wait until I got out the door before they started talking about me. Rude! Maybe it’s the immaturity of the receptionists as I am not from the area and didn’t fit in to the typical clientele but that shouldn’t matter. I expected more from this place after all the good reviews on Unilocal,but sadly my experience was ruined by the two brunettes up front.

I don’t know how they do it but how can something that is supposed to be painful be so rewarding? Not using the «traditional «strips or the painful sugar wax method, Brazil’s warm wax only way of hair removal is truly this seasoned aficionado’s favorite way to go. If you have never had a Brazilian wax before, this is the perfect place to start. The receptionists are friendly and attentive. The technicians are gentle and knowledgeable. The groovy music in the background and chairs ergonomically designed for ultimate results aid in your relaxation. Brazil’s can do any type of hair removal and cater to both men and women. I just can’t say enough great things about this place! So glad I found this gem in Tallahassee.

I would expect there to be hundreds of good reviews in here. I have been getting waxed for 13 years and I have never had a virtually painless wax, which this was. Its a gel, not a «wax» I suppose — super neat process. VERY clean facility. Well priced, I wlll be back. Thank you Bri.

Brazils is the best and only place to go for a wax! Sarah is incredible. I will not see anyone else and if I ever move, I’m basically going to fly back and forth just to get waxed here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The wax is so nice and the products are incredible! I have been going here for two years and have had the best service possible! I would recommend Brazils for any waxing service! They are fantastic!

The staff is young and it shows in their customer service. My wax was what I expected, nothing more. And to be honest, the waxer couldve definitely been more detailed as some wafers try to be. But if you just want a quick in and out wax job, this is the spot. The McDonald’s of waxing!

This place is amazing. I have gotten about 3 full Brazilians done by Ashley and she is the best! They have great conversation to help you get though the process and they always do a good job!!! Also, front desk service is always great!

I saw a Groupon for Brazils and decided to get my first brazilian wax ever. The place is super clean (a med-​spa vibe) and the ladies that work there are extremely professional, which takes a lot of the awkwardness out of the whole ordeal. I can’t say it was a painless experience, but it was a good one.
P. S. Waxing really hurts.

I knew more about waxing than the person who was actually waxing me. The set up is awkward, I’ve never sat in a chair-​like thing to get waxed before. On the up side it’s a rather clean place

1. The receptionist’s voice was the most obnoxious thing ever.
2. The other receptionist was quite nice over the phone — but I wish I hadn’t made the appt.
3. The atmosphere is nice and everything is clean. However,
4. EVEN WITH A STENCIL, my technician (whose name I won’t mention bc she was otherwise very nice, hence two stars instead of one) still ruined my eyebrows. Seriously, look at the photos for proof.
Maybe come if you like getting brazilians but don’t let them go anywhere near your eyebrows!

I went to see Sarah this morning. It was my first time in months getting a Brazilian done, so I was embarrassed about how long my hair was so I buzzed it this morning before coming in. Bad idea. It’s actually way harder to get the short hairs out than longer hairs. It was no problem though because Sarah took the time, not rushing at all, and plucked every last hair that the wax didn’t get! I was so pleased with the service. I will definitely be going back!

I actually really like this place. The desk staff are always super nice, they are always able to squeeze me in if i’m looking for a same day appointment and inside is so calming, its no wonder people go in there to get waxed.
Their technician Sarah cracks me up, She is always good for a laugh while in that chair and makes me feel really good about what i’m going. I alwys come out looking great and am always given the opportunity to say if i’m not pleased with the services so that they can be corrected. All in all, I am a customer and I plan on continuing here.

I just entered the world of waxing, and I’m glad I chose Brazil’s. The building is comforting, quiet, cold and clean. You feel like you’re in a classy day spa or someone’s freshly cleaned upscale house. The waxing rooms are very private, and medical-​grade clean. They use hard wax, and use a brand new tub of wax for each client. The waxist was extremely nice and professional and made me feel comfortable. They have an aftercare system of lotions and exfoliates that you can purchase as well, if you’re into that.
