Hobbit American Grill -South

Some of the best wings in Tallahassee. The Crawfordville Highway location is most convenient to my house but I have been to all of the locations over the years.
Hobbit has a great menu. You can get a gyro, wings, a good burger, and more. Their cold draft beer is on point. I don’t know how they make their bleu cheese dressing but it is delicious.
The Tallahassee-​area Hobbits are a great place to catch a game or grab take out on game day. The staff is super friendly and service is quick.

Friday Phillies are the best deal in town! Great price for a sandwich, fries and drink. The daily deals are worth looking at. The variety of wing flavors is good too. My favorites are the Carolina Gold and the Polynesian.
Managers are always friendly and ready to help. Especially Marion, JT, Nick and Becky. Friday nights do get busy, as they have live music, but have never had a problem with overly long wait times, considering. The bands are usually pretty good, too.
The pretzel bites and pub cheese are addictive and on cold nights the chili with Hobbit toast hits the spot. They also have a good selection of salads for people trying to eat healthy.
There is a secret menu item called the Big, Bad Wolf that is certainly worth trying! It is a sandwich with pulled pork, bacon and ham, smothered in Carolina Gold sauce. Try it. You’ll thank me.
My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi instead of Coke products while having a full bar. Rum and Pepsi is just not good. But having a sports drink on tap for the kids is a great alternative to soda. Overall worth while eating experience.

I been going to the HOBBITs for over 30+ years. Great service, Great food, Great drinks, but even GREATER people !!!

I had great service and good food today at The Hobbit. It is getting better. I had a burger and it was good.

Went back for a return visit and it was much improved. Clean, with nice new TVs all over the place, and the food was very good.

I really like the Hobbit on Capital Circle SE. Great service nearly every time I go. The wings here are the best I think, I love em. Ive had several sandwiches including the Rueben, Club, Cuban and Patty Melt. All good value and tasty. Great fries from real cut potatoes. Good beer prices as well. There are several TV’s on every wall with many sports on at a time so it is not hard to find something to watch.
I would like to offer a special thanks to Hobbit for offering a free meal to my son, an Iraqui War vet. on our recent visit on Veterans Day.
