IHOP

Terminally SLOW! COLD — people wearing coats — colder in here than outside (66, temp outside). Nice waitress — not sure how many waitresses are actually working — she always seems hustling. Here at 10:30 morn — no reason for any of this! FOOD — average at best! Coffee not hot — no drink refills! Goes without saying, worst MANAGED IHOP I can remember being in EVER!

Eek! Me thinks not. Is a definate. We stopped here while on vacation. I complained to my group about the smell of feces while we were walking thru the parking lot. That was enough to deter me. But, the group was set on eating here. When we walked in, the maitre d asked how many in our group. We responded and told her 5. Not one minute later she looked back at us and again asked as if she had not seen us standing there. Again, 5. We stood and waited a few minutes for our table and a couple walked in with two children. We were standing off to the side. The couple walked up to the desk. The maitre d looked at them and asked if they were with us. I had made up my mind, not to eat much, if anything at this place.
Once we sat and ordered, we got coffee without the cream we asked for. We never got the sugar needed for the coffee. The coffee pot had only enough coffee for two of us. We had to wait to get another pot because our waitress disappeared. Only four of us ate food. Each of the others only got pancakes and one side. The total was over $ 60. I hope I can convince this group to boycott IHOP for now on in. I have never gotten good food, nor service at any IHOP.

One of the worst IHOPs I’ve been to. My wife and I ordered 2 eggs over easy but they were not even cooked and we sent them back. Yuck! They also gave me bacon yet I ordered sausage links and my wife was served white toast rather than the whole wheat she ordered. You would think the waitress would have checked the order before bringing it to the table.
When we went to leave I had to use the restroom but both stalls were locked from the inside. Someone came to unlock them for me and said that happens every night but it was noon! You would think someone would have checked the restrooms before they opened.
There’s a Village Inn in the same area that we’ll go to next time instead.

Breakfast for dinner was on the menu in my mind and IHOP fulfilled it. Quick service, kind waitress and most importantly — clean!

This is the WORST Ihop I have ever been to. Most times I come here I end up leaving before the server ever gets to the table because 10 mins is a long time to wait to be greeted. For the times I am too hungry to leave, the service is terrible from beginning to end. Drink refills are a rarity and the servers never seem to know how to take more than one table. Enough is enough, I will NEVER be back to this restaurant. IHOP needs to fix this restaurant, it is pathetic that every visit ends with unhappy customers. I wish I could give ZERO stars.

Our party of 4 just had Saturday brunch here for a cost of $ 40. We waited 45 minutes after ordering to get our pancakes and eggs. All of the food was served over cooked and cold. Plates were hot. Food was cold. Also part of the order was wrong. One of us sent the eggs back and within a reasonably short time was served a nice hot well-​cooked plate. The restaurant was not overly busy. Bad work in the kitchen or bad serving? I don’t know, but we won’t go again.

Had been to this IHOp in the past and vowed not to go back. But we were staying at the hotel next door, so i went for the sake of convenience. I was pleasantly surprised. The place looked great, spotless. The meal, eggs, hash browns, bacon, pancakes was hot and tasty. Coffee was fresh, excellent. The service was the highlight. So much better than past experiences there. They obviously have a brand new crew. Our server was David. He was so terrific I thought maybe he owned the place… lol.

There was only 1 person working the tables tonight. And she was clearly overwhelmed. When we walked in to the restaurant, I had to dial the restaurant to get someone to come up front, as there was a man waiting to pay and my group waiting to be seated. When the food came out, my dads food looked like it had slid off of the plate and put back on, but that’s nothing considering she left it with the party sitting at the table next to us while she went to the kitchen before picking it back up and bringing to our table. When questioned, she offered to put the foot on a new plate but we insisted they re make it. Later, I asked her for some ranch for my onion rings. About a minute later, the guys sitting behind me asked if we’d ordered a side a ranch. Yep, you guessed it. She left MY food at another table, again. She was very apologetic when I told her about the side of ranch, but 2 issues on 1 order doesn’t cut it. You’re this error prone when there are only 4 table to be waited on, what’s a busy day like?

Been there like 3 times in last 2 months. Location is really nice and service is also so good. If you want to find food at 3 AM in the morning. Just go there and have some hot pan cakes and Omelets.
