OUTDATED, needs a major re-vamp. Macy’s bought Burdines and changed the signs outside and the tags on the products. The tiles are chipped, the fixtures are dated and worn out. Double check your receipts, as the advertised sales don’t always match the price you pay at the register. They have apple pay. Has elevators, nice bathrooms, Free wifi & escalators. The sales are good, kids clothes end up being less expensive than Target, Old Navy etc.

While getting Christmas ideas with my fiancé today 11÷23÷14, we were very disappointed in the way we were treated. Ms. Vickie was working the purse department and confronted us about touching the Michael Kors decoration lock’s on a purse. Vickie said «we don’t like customers to touch these». Vickie continued to insinuate as if we did not deserve to be looking in the Michael Kors section. Vickie obviously knew she struck a nerve with us as she began to apologize. She stated, «I’m treating you like I treat my kids». Well ma’am we are not your children and yes we can afford Italian leather!
I am a Macy’s credit card holder and after the belittling abuse we received today, I will likely not make a purchase at this store again. I would love for management to get back with me about the service this branch has provided.

Friendly great customer service! Typical size this location has so much more going for it than other locations I have been to. Why you wonder? Well every single staff member that you encounter is so friendly and helpful. They all have a huge smile and actually want to help you. What a concept.
Last night our visit was no different. They had amazing sales going on throughout the entire store. Gotta love after holiday sales. Well if you have a bunch of extra cash that is. The store is very clean, well merchandised, with great selections.
We found a few items and left happy especially when the lovely cashier said «Have a wonderful New Year». What service, great store!
Probably the best store in Governor’s Square Mall.
