McDonald’s

Honestly, in a way I’m grateful that this McDonald’s is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. It’s very close to my house and if it was run efficiently and with good customer service, I may be tempted to eat there more often than I should.
Because it is so close to my house, I went there more times than I ever should have, each time feeling guilty that I was feeling to lazy to cook at home, but also hoping that maybe, just maybe, I would at least get decent customer service and relatively fresh food. In other words, I’m not basing this review on a one-​time bad experience, but on a string of consistently bad experiences over the last 5 years, with the last 2 years honestly being the worst.
The drive-​thru cashiers are incompetent and rude. They make you feel like you are a burden to them. They won’t say hi most of the time. I will pull up and (after waiting a few minutes) just hear, «go ahead» in this hurried, gtfoh tone. I have literally just drove off before after experiencing this– other times I’m too hungry.
Never a smile or even a hello at the payment window… then EVERY TIME I get to the food window, «what did your order?» EVERYTIME! Half of those times they are handing me the wrong order and asking if that’s what I had. Half the time there are only a handful of people inside and 2 cars in the drive-​thru. It’s not that hard! Chic-​fil-​a has never asked me that or given me the wrong food… and they HAVE 2 ORDER LANES that merge in in sometimes unexpected patterns.
Lastly, the food. Ugh. Gross. Rarely fresh, rarely the correct order. What else can I say? Avoid this place. I’m pretty poor to be honest, but I’d be happy to pay more money for better service and quality.

I go to this McDonald’s out of convenience and because of my kids. Why does this McDonald’s always smell like trash? The drink area is always a mess, tables are never clean, workers are always walking around when there is so much to do, and there’s never a smile from the cashier.

Service sucks, drive thru sucks, food sucks
The workers are reluctant, they don’t answer the drive thru for like 5 mins.
Sandwiches look like someone was sitting on them & they are SUPER SLOW. It’s called fast food for a reason, they need to fix that !

A lot of the staff are really lazy and are constantly saying «I’m not doing that». Another staff member I could hear and see yelling about how she hates the manager and she is such a bitch and constantly putting down the company and the store. Personally I feel it is very unprofessional. If i was a manager I would fire her. There is simply no excuse.
