Performance Mobile Detailing

Absolutely awful! I bought 2 of these on Living Social and have been trying to schedule an appointment for 2 ½ months. When I’m able to get through to leave a message, no one calls back. I’ve called 46 times!
Don’t do business with this company. I think I was scammed on Living Social!

Alan (the owner/​operator) no showed my appointment 4 times. I even let him pick a day and time that worked best for him, but he still failed to show. After he called back (over 6 hours late), he argued with me and was very combative, accusing me of «not understanding» and saying «some bullshit customer» won’t ruin his business. The guy was absolutely unprofessional and I was shocked that he was angry at me. Apparently, Groupon and LivingSocial campaigns were too much for him to handle, and that is now my fault.
I think he enjoyed his weekend out of town, since he slept through our appointment because he just didn’t feel like showing up (his words, not mine).
My advice is to stay away unless you like idle phone threats, excuses, and a general lack of customer service. Just pitiful.
