They must have big financial incentives to convince you to buy unneeded services. It is sickening to hear them put the pressure on an older lady that her car would be unsafe without the oil additive or some other worthless service. They still push the 3,000 miles for an oil change even though cars now can go 6,000 to 7,500 miles between oil changes. I call that dishonest! I think they do a good job on the oil change but who wants to business that a company that condones and encourages this type of behavior.

I received a call from a manager. He wanted«more information». I repeated the story and he told me he would have a talk with the techs who serviced my vehicle. I appreciated his call, but somehow expected an apology or the offer of a free car wash or something. I guess he really couldn’t do much more to rectify the situation.

The guys there were very nice and very helpful. They had limited knowledge on my car, so we did run into some issues when trying to get the check engine light to turn off, but he didn’t give up on it and even made a note of it in my receipt in case I needed to come back. I’m pretty skeptical of car repair/maintenance places, so that’s the only reason for my A-OK review. It was a little pricey, but pretty standard for these type of places. They also try to convince you to get a lot of other services, but they seem fairly honest in telling you whether you absolutely NEED the service or not. Also, don’t let them trick you into buying an air filter. Buy one off of Amazon or something because it’s a rip off!
