did cooperate and i asked to just trim some of it to fix it up just a tiny bit and she refused and said it’d be a whole other haircut to pay for. left very unsatisfied and with an embarrassing haircut. regret going and very upset with paying.

Worst service and hair cut process ever. If you want to be cut, you should go there. Your voice is not heard there at all. The white lady with a tattoo was the one cut my hair and also cut my skin while cutting my hair. I told her that the machine she was using hurt but she said, it did not. After the hair cut was done, I have bruises and also some cuts in the back of my head.
I had supercut in a high regard, but this definitely, the worst service and worst branch. Please do not come to this place, because they will cut you and on top of that you will have to pay. Also they will not listen to you.
