Walmart Supercenter

Stopped in to this one cause after almost a month here I found a descent Wally World. This one was clean and well stocked. The kicker is that it was located about a mile from the hotel I have been staying at. I have been going across town to one that I pasted while at work. It was really nasty. Go figure.

Probably one of the best walmart in the area. Feels like a completely different store than the disaster that is the West Tennessee store.
They had a variety of pet products and other stuff. Seems like they have a little bit of everything.
Checkout took 10 minutes which is fast compared to West Tennessee Walmart which takes 30 mintues. Tons of cashiers open at peak hours. Yay.
Walmart has lowered my standards…

Visiting Tallahassee on a cold evening, I stopped in for tights for my oldest daughter and bathing suits for my three kids. Parking was typical of Walmart — search, search and continue searching.
Walking into this Walmart, I couldn’t help but to notice the painted and unkempt floors. Overall, the store had an old and dirty look.
This visit was my first to this particular location. My wife — who waited in the car with the kids — advised that the store was previously a Sam’s Club.
Asking for help from an employee, I was directed to the kids section to buy tights while being advised they didn’t sell bathing suits. The African American worker — without a name tag — was polite and helpful.
Store was not busy and I didn’t wait that long for a cashier. Unlike most Walmart locations, this store did have enough cashiers.
A quick visit to the bathroom made me happy that I only needed to do number 1 versus number 2. The bathrooms were dirty and the toilet lids were soiled.
My two-​star rating may be harsh, but this Walmart was dirty and rundown. While you can excuse age, you cannot excuse cleanliness. No excuse whatsoever.

I needed to get some slides, flip flops and to my surprise they had close to none in stock. Definitely disappointed especially with them having many selections for the men’s area. There could definitely of good use to increase in size or stay stocked up on items. More lighting in parking lot would be nice.

This store is pretty common everywhere. I’ live between two store and cleanliness and the lack of students that shop here keep me coming to this location. Although I avoid Walmarts as a whole if I can help it. I ordered something online and decided to the the «Site to Store». Site to store experience was lacking. Very few employees around to ad customers find items or direct them. And the Site to Store area was located in the back of the store instead of Customer Service in the front of the store. Later emailed surveys provided proved that this was to encourage customers to roam the store to purchase other items. (Shrug)
