My family and I are traveling from Houston to Orlando. We decided to stop at Zaxby’s for something different and new to us. After spending $ 33.26 on my family’s meal, we asked for a kids cup and a lid & straw so our 5 year old daughter wouldn’t spill her milk all over our new SUV. Debra, the associate who rang us up, laughed at me and said«You’ll have to pay for that. It’s $ 1.06. You know you’re supposed to put the straw through the lid, right?» I was stunned. I’ve never been turned down for this request at any other establishment, much less ridiculed for it. I will never go to another Zaxby’s again, and strictly due to the rudeness of that awful employee. Customer service is a big deal to me and I cannot recommend a company who either doesn’t train their employees correctly or doesn’t care if they are rude for a perfectly reasonable request.
