Nice location for quick pick ups for your held items, or browsing for your next read. I haven’t had any problems with this place and I’ve been actively renting things from them for the past year. When I have something come up and I can’t pick up a held item, I call them and cancel or extend the hold with no issues. Staff is usually helpful as well. I see that someone had reviewed that people were on their phones all over the place. I can’t say that I’ve ever seen this happen, even when I’m there for a little longer than a quick pick up. The only complaint I have is their very limited hours. They close before I can make it there to pick up materials on Thursday or Friday after work and they’re closed Sunday’s. Their Saturday hours are decent though, and I am able to make it there in time on Monday-Wednesday so I usually try to make it then.

What a terrible experience! I take my nephew there to pick up a book; not browse, use the Internet, sit and read, simply to pick up a book. It was 5:45, the rent a cop at the door says we’re closing you can’t go in, I said yes in 15 minutes you are, she said well you can’t go in, shrugs her shoulders and motions me and my nephew to the door, that I was only standing mere inches from, she stopped me at the door. All the while my 5 year old nephew is asking why we can’t go in, he thought we were going to the library. If you’re going to close at 5:45 instead of the posted 6:00, then it should be changed online, the app and the door. We all want to go home at closing time I get it, but 5:45 isn’t closing time, 6:00 is. I’m an adult I can handle it, but a 5 year old eager to learn and he’s being turned away, it’s disheartening.

There’s people talking on their phones everywhere. Conversation on my left and right.
