Highly recommend this retailer for broken iphone/​iPad/​Samsung screens and accessories!
How I found them? I recently saw an Ad on Groupon and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. My daughter dropped her iPad mini and cracked the screen, which needed to be replaced. I purchased the Groupon and stopped in the store the same day.
Location: they are conveniently located in the Publix shopping center on the corner of University and Commercial Blvd in Tamarac. The store is celebrating its 1 year Anniversary this month.
Experience: I walked into the store and was greeted by the store owner, Miguel (owners: husband and wife) and showed him the broken screen and he said «no problem, I’ll have it fixed for you in a couple of hours». What a great first experience! I told him that I found him on Groupon and he quickly scanned the voucher and I was on my way. Note: this store is extremely clean and welll stocked with cellphone/​tablet accessories. It was a nice change from others who are operating out of their basement or car. Miguel said that he wanted his clients to know that he stands by his work and they can feel comfortable knowing that they can visit the store anytime they need his services.
His work: Miguel called me about an hour after I left the store and informed me that when my daughter dropped the tablet, that it bent two of the corners and he needed to manipulate the bezel to make the new glass fit. He told me that he never does work like that without first speaking with his client. How refreshing is that! I told him to use his judgement. When I arrived a couple of hours later to pickup the completed screen install, everything tested out and looked great!
