TD Bank

After reading the other reviews, perhaps they improved their services, because I opened up 2 accounts and a credit card account with them in July 2015 and couldn’t be happier. Each time I have been in the bank, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for service which I think is reasonable and am usually greeted by at least 2 – 3 employees. The only issue I had was that on 2 occasions the coin counting machine was out of service, but it wasn’t a big deal with me.

I’m so glad that I don’t have to deal with this bank anymore, is call America’s most convenience bank, is open 7 days a week but they only have one teller working at all the time so most of the times there’s a long wait, so how is this convenience? ???

The TD bank on Commercial Blvd has the slowest service I have ever seen. The drive thru service is extremely slow it takes 6 to 8 minutes to finish simple transactions, I usually end up turning off my car when I go. The inside service is just as slow, I don’t know if it is the lack of people at the bank but OMG.

The bank calls itself: the «most convenient bank in the country» I am not sure what country they are talking about but it sure isn’t this one. as a matter of fact I was inconvenienced 5 times in the first 24 hours of opening an account.
I called wanted to know somethings about the bank using the 800 number, after my questions were answered the person suggested I open the account over the phone and when I get to the branch all I need to do is make the deposit and sign a signature card. So I agreed to do that and after spending 20 minutes answering all sorts of security questions including verifying where I lived 19 years ago I was done. So I went to the branch and guess what? I had to answer all the same questions right over again.
I was told the moment I left the bank the debit card would work so I tried using it the next day and it didn’t work. I called the 800 number on the back of the card and spent 40 minutes with someone who tried to explain to me the card was active and it does work but it can’t be used till all my paperwork is faxed to some other office. I can’t believe a grown person can sit there and try to tell me it works and everything is fine and then tell me why it doesn’t work all the in same sentence. then explains to me that I was was incorrectly informed at the branch that the card works immediately. I was placed on hold and they have a recorded message playing and right on there own message it tells you the visa debit card they issue works immediately.
I would think twice about opening an account with the «most convenient bank in the country»
