They should change their name to Witless Proz They completely destroyed my daughters phone. Took them an hour to fix it, I should of knew then that it was going to be screwed up. The face of the phone is popping up. The home screen fell off. Scammers

Complaint Description:
Brought an IPAD for screen repair. They broke other parts for upcharging t a SENIOR CITIZEN. Jan 20, 2016 brought in IPAD2 for estimate of glass repair. Quoted 79.99, left it for repair. Told repair would be ready afternoon of same day. Did pick it up. KHAM was sales rep. I took it with me to San Francisco and the rest of the machine was now not working. I only looked at the glass. When I returned I brought it back on Feb 2, 2016. Told a female what happened. Took it in and supposed to repair. NOTHING was fixed. They called me a liar, and wanted to charge me additional 32.00 to repair cable that THEY BROKE, while working on glass. This article IPAD is several years old, but was in PERFECT condition except for the glass. They tried to take advantage of my Senior Status. It is NOT in WORKING condition now. I wasted my money on a glass. I would like it to be repaired or I should get a refund, in cash, as I paid that way. They can have the glass, I need the IPAD to work. PLEASE HELP.

They broke the inner parts upon their removal of the glass, it is evident. I would also accept a cash refund. Then I can take it elsewhere to repair. I use the machine all the time to see my grandchildren and cannot do that now. They are in another state and I miss seeing them on my IPAD.

I bought my mom a groupon to have her phone fixed here at wireless proz. I don’t know how many older ones they have scammed in the past but when my mom called me and told me they said «it would be another $ 65 out of pocket with a groupon worth $ 50», I had to call these guys and get to the bottom of it. I called and I did get a shady feel for these guys. I did end up getting her phone fixed and she is happy with the result but if she didn’t tell about this they would have taken her for another $ 65 plus my $ 22 for the groupon. Be careful with these guys and always do your homework wherever you go for services!

I foolishly washed my iPhone 5S in the washing machine. I took my phone to them and they didn’t make any promises but I came back a few hours later and the two techs worked diligently on my phone and was able to restore my phone. Not sure exactly how they did it but I’m thankful for them. And they recommended that I still put it in rice to absorb any excess water. My screen did have some water damage but in the coming days that cleared up. They were all courteous and the price was right.

Wireless Proz is a gem for those who have done damage to their tablets and phones! I was lucky to discover them when I did because I severely damaged my brand new iPhone. The techs were able to get my device back to me quickly and professionally! I was also able to sell my phone to them when I upgraded to a new device. They offered me a higher price than the websites that you see advertise on tv and Facebook. Do not pass these guys up for your phone needs!
