The staff there are very rude and unprofessional. They keep children on site. We rented a uhaul from here and they kept our deposit the women said uhaul locks them out and she cant give it to us until the next day my husband went back and they said they were keeping it because we were late so they charged us a extra day. I couldn’t find a corporate number for they because this is ridiculous and they seem to have a history of telling you things to get extra money out of you.

I use this storage facility and have for years! This is the most secured environment that I’ve ever been in! Kim and Brian have never been nothing less than professional to my self or husband. I’m a retired person my husband is a police officer! We stay here completing our hobby 14 hours a day! Please never approve of comments of negativity. We are very secure never have seen neither out of sorts or untrue statements! We could choose any price or property but we chose 1st American Storage!

The staff here are so rude! The boss lady was screaming at a customer in the office and the guy showing me a unit (brian) reeked of alcohol, and was very flirtatious to me and my daughter. I would NOT RENT OR REFER THEM to anyone!.
