I’ve been dealing with this storage facility over the phone for about two weeks while searching for a place to store my RV. They have been very professional and courteous on the phone. The previous reviews of the place weighed in my decision to use this facility. Today I went in and the place is immaculate and Connie is a customer’s dream come true. Efficient, friendly and so on. Excellent customer service goes a long way with me. I have yet to put my RV in this facility but I am very comfortable with the fact that I think it will be fine there.

I have been using them for 7 months. It’s always clean and we’ll lit. The staff is amazing. I don’t worry about my unit being vandalized or broken into. They have convenient hours. I can pay and send messages to the office electonically. More importantly, they respond in a timely manner. I would use them again if the need arises.
