Everytime I visit Tampa I always visit this store. The sales on some items are well worth the money esp. Converting to English pounds. The quality of clothing is of excellent standard. This occasion I was helped greatly by a sales assistant Ashley, I asked about the perfume and she pointed out that when a certain amount was spent you receive a sample. Eventhough I had paid, she went out of her way to refund and then applied the promotion. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you A&F

Not a good experience. This was not the first time we had to wait in line for 20 plus minutes to purchase clothes. The store was clean and looked nice but I will not shop here anymore due to the amount of time it took to check out. My friend and I went in to grab something quick-boy was I wrong and should have known better. There was only one person checking people out and the manager came up multiple times to look up things and move clothing around but not once did she take the time to help out. The lady that was waiting behind me must have thought it was taking too long because she put the clothes back and left! If I want to purchase anything from A & F I will order it online!

I love this store. Can be under stoked sometimes but still a great store. Nice clothes and you get your money’s worth. Besides all the politics bullcrap I really enjoy purchasing from these stores and always have good experiences.

The clothes I like though often imitated by competion (ala Hollister). … I do like the look & feel of the store (also copied by Hollister). I will copy it at my next house myself (brown ceiling, black walls, battleship gray floor). … I keep coming back though & sometimes buy something. Oh yah, the cologne is actually top notch!
