The service I received from this store(I believe his name was Chris) was excellent. I am fighting cancer, and Chris actually made my day better. I needed my Surface Pro 3 repaired before undergoing radiation, and Chris went above and beyond my expectations, which seems less and less often nowadays(wow, that word makes me feel old!). I was/am so grateful for this pleasant experience! Thank you, again!

I’m not thrilled with the service I received here. I was in town, visiting my family for the holidays, and my computer needed a minor fix. So, I called the hotline, which allowed me to make an appointment, and showed up to the location. I was assisted immediately, and after meeting with a consultant I was told I would receive a call regarding how long it would take for my computer to be fixed. Understanding that it was the holidays, I was hoping for a call within a few hours but did not receive one. Six hours after the drop off I chose to call the store to find out what kind of time constraint I was looking forward to. The response I received was that the computer hadn’t been looked at and they would have to get back to me. Almost 10 hours after drop off, the store called me back to let me know that a backup/system reset would take too long to finish, and that I could pick up my computer anytime during store hours. However, on the same order form I mentioned that a back up would not be necessary as I already had the files on my external hard drive. Needless to say everything seemed scattered. Also, the second I left the store I felt as if my needs as a customer were ignored. My gut tells me that if I had remained in store that my problems would have been properly attended to.
