Messy messy messy, that’s all I could think when I was going through the store. I went in here to find a tie for work, and it took me so much longer than it should have because I had to look through piles and extremely messy racks of them to find the one I needed. It’s not very hard to hang things neatly, and to pick up after customers leave the store if they mess up those neatly hung items. The only reason I’m giving the store two stars instead of one is because the boy at the register was so nice, and I appreciate good staff wherever I go. The store was just so overly cluttered, and I’ll say it again, messy. They need to clean it up and keep it up.

I have no idea how this store is still open. First off, any good store would never, ever have lines of people at a register and not open another one. There were numerous workers just milling around — they weren’t neatening up racks, they weren’t helping others, and they sure weren’t helping check out customers. The dressing room in the men’s store was in complete disarray — seriously, it was as if someone had taken handfuls of clothes and just threw them all over. Lastly, I must have passed half a dozen workers — not a SINGLEONE made eye contact, asked if needed help, or even acknowledged me or anyone else. Whoever manages this store does not care, clearly.

This last visit will definitely be the last. Sears has always been a «goto» for certain guy items. Tools(craftsman still hold their own against anyone), appliances and boots. It was the latter that brought me in on this visit. If you are not female or not standing in front of a money item, you do not get service. There was myself and one other gent in the shoe dept, on a Saturday, about an hour after opening. Both of us were interested in high end work boots and both of us needed to be sized. Three times we asked different employees for help. Twice we were told«it’s not my dept» and the third time the employee actually looked at us and scoffed«Try dem on till you find da one dat fits». Unimpressed and Repulsed by the total lack of customer service.

An okay store, but the place has a bad odor and the customer service is either lacking or too pushy(think used car lot). We bought a fridge from here and fortunately got the extended warranty — boy did we need it! Already had three service calls on the thing.

Great prices and deals! Sears has a great selection of TVs. Good, clean atmosphere at this location.

Real clothes real nice clothes that SCREAMSSSSKARDASHIAN from styling dress jeans, beautiful dresses and tops to awesome handbags. Ahh Im in love they had me at Kardashian because I really dont like Macys, JCPenny nor SEARS but oh what a change of heart. Well until next time fellow Unilocalers adiós!
