I have had several table and chairs from Pier 1 They have held up great! I recently called the Pier 1 on Westshore. I received excellent customer service. I noticed I could receive and extra 5%off the next day. They were happy to adjust.

It’s always a treat to browse this location. Always greeted by a friendly staffer. While some products are well out of my price range, I can usually find something that’s reasonable or on sale.

Love this Pier 1 location, when we moved here we needed to buy another bar stool chair to match the one we already had. They were so helpful and nice, finding it for us online and ordering it to the store. When the chair came and it turned out I had guessed the wrong height(I said we had the tall one but I guess it was actually considered the short one), they were so awesome and sent the wrong one back. We got the new one within a week. The store is also very clean and organized, with plenty of parking!

Such a fun place to explore. The store is packed with all sorts of home and garden goodies. The seasonal decorations are cute and affordable.

This is one of my favorite Pier 1 stores because they have an excellent selection, and the five or six times I’ve visited, the store is not overly crowded, so it’s easy to meander up and down the aisles. For those of you who have lived in a closet the past 10 years, Pier 1 has a wonderfully interesting selection of household items — the best of which I think are furniture, lamps, dishes, wall hangings, and pillows. They also get really cute tchotchkes for all the holidays. This last time I was there, however, there was a too-pushy sales person, which was kind of a drag. The first pass was when I walked in the the front door, «Welcome, is there anything I can help you find today?» which I appreciate when I walk in any store, but once I say«No, I’m just browsing», I think that is understood to be the unwritten consumer code for«leave me alone». Ten minutes later she stalks. er. finds me and says«Are you browsing for anything in particular?» Me, «Nope». Then, I kid you not, 5 minutes later that SAME woman finds me and goes, «Have you thought about opening one of our credit cards(or reward cards) or something card?» Help Me! Kept my cool, bought my two Halloween ornaments, and ran out as fast as I could. The End.

It’s like a unicorn and a Disney fairy took their magic dust and made the interior sparkle and smell of whatever flavor of the month it is. I think they even added some to the staffs coffee. From the moment you walk in there are so many choices. I needed to update my couch pillows and replace some broken champagne flutes and I walked out with napkin rings, candles, a new vase and countless other items. It’s a candy store for your home. I purchased a desk and rug last year and my home office still looks as vibrant as it did the day I brought it home. The furniture is a little pricy but they have such niche items that sometimes it’s just worth it. The quality surpasses that of Homegoods, Kirklands and any other low budget chain and for a little more you get artwork, ceramics or place-settings for about the same price. I do agree with previous posts the parking is a little limited but go next door and grab a coffee and take your time!

What a fabulous, helpful staff! It was a pleasure to shop at this location. There was also a great sale going on too! I ended up buying wall art and got a couple of good decorating ideas too. This trip was worth it, although parking was interesting. There are a lot of one-way parking aisles, so pay attention to the flow of traffic. This Pier 1 is in a strip mall near Panera Bread.

I’ve been going here for years. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I can’t find anything I like. I will say though that every piece of furniture that I’ve bought from here has held up great. The only downside to this particular Pier 1 is that the parking lot spaces are so tiny you’d be lucky to get a go-cart parked in one.

Perky, helpful staff. Piles of decorative items displayed beautifully. You want to buy everything and take it home — and thats their goal, now isn’t it? Retail done well.
