The one start rating is due to the quality of Bose products, not the store itself. I shopped there a long time ago, and tried all different types of headsets, and at this point have tried out a system from Miami. The quality is simply not there for the price. They do a great job at advertising for being quality though. In my opinion, everything sounds great in the store, but after a couple weeks to a month, personally I’ve seen the quality fade terribly. I’ll never buy from them again.

I came home from a long day at work and found my new puppy grabbed my son’s new Bose headphones and decided to use it as a chew toy so I called and spoke to a Manager named Will, I told him the situation and asked if they sold new leather earpieces he said yes and maybe the headphones would be under warranty I thought maybe my phone was breaking up and he did not understand what I was asking so I walked into the store and pulled the headphones out and was expecting them to say I didn’t understand a dog ate them they did nothing like that at all they took the headphones looked up the serial Number and said they warranty ends in October we will switch swap them out I was shocked I did buy a warranty at the end of this transaction but I will not go anywhere but the Bose Store for any speaker or surroundsound needs the customer service was exceptional and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty thank you Will and your staff for the great experience hopefully your corporate office rewards you for your great service!

Bose always has great sound quality in their products. It is definitely worth buying, but be prepared to spend a lot if you do.
