I love this place and I’ve always gotten my dry cleaning done here, the owner always treats me with respect and I’ve never had a problem. They are very nice when it comes to customer service.

I’m sorry that Ms. Christy S. had a bad experience. We have to say different we are so happy we went to see Mr. Capote, my husband and I were helping his sister with her Wedding Dress. She needed it clean very good and quick, the cleaners came though for us all. My sister-​in-​law just cried when she saw the dress. We only had 3 weeks before the wedding in Montréal Canada and he did it, Thank you again Mr. Capote!!! Please go see this cleaners in action on your fine clothes, you will not be disappointed.

This is a horrible place. The owner is extremely rude. I dropped off drycleaning and 4 pairs of pants to be hemmed. I was told they would be ready in a week. When I went to pick them up, they could not locate the pants and I waited about 10 minutes while they searched. Once they found them, only 3 pairs of pants had been hemmed. The owner was angry that I wasn’t paying for all 4 of them even though 1 wasn’t finished. When I tried them on at home all 3 were much to short. I called and spoke with the owner and he was rude, degrading, he was lying about services. This man has no business dealing with customers. He would not refund my money and continued to raise his voice with me and then hung up on me. This is a HORRIBLE business and owned by a very rude individual.
