Baskin-Robbins

Have visited this location 3 times in the past 6 months. It’s the closest ice cream shop to my house so I’ve given it multiple chances only to be disappointed each time. Today was the last chance. Went into the store and was told I couldn’t get any ice cream because the cooler was down for cleaning? Okay. Last time they didn’t have waffle cones, oreos, or chocolate ice cream lol. I’ll just resist my urges for ice cream from now on. Ha! Just kidding, there’s a Cold Stone about 2.5 miles from here ;)

I was extremely surprised at how rude the employees at this location where. I went to a few different Baskin-​Robbins yesterday looking for a birthday cake for my boyfriend. This was the second location I went to. When I walked in I looked at the cakes, not only was there one with a hole through the plastic and orange frosting smeared on a white cake (ew, clearly something got in there through the box which is gross) but when I asked if they had the ability to write on the cake they looked at me like I had 10 heads and said «uh no our baker isn’t even here, they just drop off the cakes and leave.» Which is totally fine that the baker isn’t there, but you could’ve just said no I’m sorry our baker is actually off site and just dropped off our cakes in the morning. They did not have to be rude about it. I left immediately and went to the other location down the road where they told me they could write on the cake and they were extremely nice, and all of their cakes looked clean. Definitely won’t be going to this location ever again. Not to mention the worker looked so dirty, if you were going to food service establishment (as I myself do) you need to look clean at all times, you’re dealing with other people’s food and it’s extremely off-​putting when you look like you haven’t showered in a week, or ever washed your clothes for that matter. But I guess that’s to be expected with the terrible customer service, it’s a package of disappointment over there.

I visited this location and could not get a sugar cone with my Ice cream on several occasions… For an ice cream store with so many flavors that’s pretty sad. The hard ice cream was softer than soft serve! I don’t eat ice cream much butwhen I do, the brand Baskin Robbins used to be a big deal when it comes to ice cream (I drove past several ice cream stores to get to Baskin). This location has changed my perception of Baskin Robbins. I would not recommend this location for ice cream they are more concerned with donuts and coffee.

Very easy to find. The service was fantastic and they were great telling us their hours. Easy in and out and have a drive thru if you don’t want to get out of the car. Hooked with Dunkin Doughnuts
