I wanted a coffee and starbucks had a line out the door! I ended up here instead. I’m a sucker for advertisements and went crazy when I saw ‘Café Con Leche’ now on the menu! boom problem solved I know what I want! And then we pull up and I’m hungry and want a sandwich and I see a picture of this chicken wrap and it looks so yummy in the picture! OHPICTURES… so we order that as well. The attendants at the speaker and the window were very polite and friendly. We pay the $ 8 for the coffee and wrap and start driving. I’m not a big person, my hands are as small as my niece actually and when I pulled out this tiny taco I was crushed! I would have been total excited had it come from a mexican restaurant filled with toppings(that’s how small the wrapper was) and they usually give you 3! Anyways! It was so tiny! I was so upset and a regular size person would have taken 1 bite and it would have been gone. luckily for me it took me 3… needless to say I was still hungry. Now on to my ‘Café Con Leche’… I really should know better. I’m for Tampa for goodness sake! Never EVER order a Café Con Leche from any where else OTHER than a Spanish store or restaurant! ugh another lesson learned. First mistake was assuming they would put sugar(my bad on that end) and when I picked up my ‘Medium’ coffee it was filled up to the ‘small line’ meaning there was nothing in it! then I take a swig and it tastes just like any other normal coffee I’d make at home. Americano with milk… I’ll forever be a fan of their donuts… end of story. =(

What a cluster****! My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and simply ordered a large latte with an extra turbo shot, and skim milk. Nothing extravagant, just a latte. Get to the window, pay, receive a piping hot MEDIUM latte. Okay, it happens, we park and go inside. My boyfriend had a seat, as I stand and wait a good 3 to 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Two people are working on getting an order together for a businessman. He purchased a 2 boxes of coffees, croissants, and bagels. Apparently this order is taking him awhile to receive, as he is shifting uncomfortably, and making comments like«come on, man!». I finally get to talk to someone about my incorrect size, they take the drink from me pour it out, and start to get a new one started. I also take this opportunity to order a chicken bacon croissant. The woman gets the large cup and places it under the espresso machine, and they walk away. A few minutes later my sandwich arrives from a different person: «chicken bacon pretzel sandwich» and it’s placed on the counter. I told him that this was in correct, and that it was supposed to be a chicken bacon croissant. He takes it and says he will fix it, no problem. Meanwhile, my cup hasn’t moved in 5 minutes. And my espresso is starting to chill and go flat. My sandwich arrives back again, this time on a croissant. I notice there is two similar sandwiches on the board, and the woman, who took my original drink order mind you, must have incorrectly chosen the sandwich that first appeared. There is a price difference of $ 1.70, but in swallow that as I just want to get the hell out of there at this point. More back and forth with the businessman occurs, finally the guy who gave me my sandwich asks if I need anything else. I let him know that I had been waiting about 10 minutes at this point for my latte to be fixed, and they had started it awhile back. He asks my drink order, I tell him what it is, he grabs the cup of cold espresso, sniffs it(?!), then get the milk steaming and walks away. The woman who first took my order, then put in my order for the fixed latte and wrong sandwich appears again, «you’re STILL waiting of your latte?»… … Yes!!! I wanted to scream, but I didn’t. The guy who was working on it comes back, assembles it, and she says«sorry» in an exasperated tone. As I’m gathering my things a gentleman walks right up to the counter and says«I just went through the drive through, my coffee isn’t supposed to have sugar in it…» Moral of the story: STAYAWAY! This is by far the worst dunkin donuts ever.

I came in around 730 p.m. And they were out of everything. I understand it was later in the day, but this is a donut shop. The girl at the register was nice and apologetic but there was nothing she could do at that point. The only reason I am giving any stars is because of the girl at the register. I come into this location quite often in the morning to grab breakfast and I will give them one more chance, I just was very upset to not get my sugar fix.

Came here for my free coffee on National Coffee Day. I was pleasantly surprised how friendly the staff were. Normally, I get the rudest people while at DD. Their coffee was hot and tastes exactly like I remember.

The service was very slow for a Sunday mid day period of time. I wanted to sit at a table to eat but a lot of the tables was dirty. It looked like no one had passed through to clean time in some time.
