Shop at bcbg most of the time and never had issues but a woman named Christina who works there treated me terrible! Worst customer service ever received in a retail store by far! I asked to hold an item over night and she rolled her eyes at me and told me if someone wants it she’s selling it !! Who treats loyal clients like this??? And to top it off she’s a manager!!! Never shopping here again !!! Going to Sarasota to buy my items tomorrow! Because of that they lost out on $ 866!

Walked in, tried on clothing, left store. Never greeted, asked if needed another size or how things went, or acknowledged present. Bad customer service.
