Bob Evans

My date and I left saying that at least we tried it, and were quick to remember Bob Evans is not where it is at. The place was pretty empty for a Saturday morning. The eggs I ordered were pretty dry, and less than impressive. The service was good.

Great place to have a down home meal. Extremely clean and super friendly staff. Probably the best chain restaurant I’ve been to in awhile. My server made my day fast and friendly

Dedicated Gluten Free menu is awesome but if staff like waitress Diane are completely oblivious to what gluten free is, it kind of defeats the purpose. Be ready to fully explain everything.

My sister ordered their Thanksgiving meal to go, as I did last year. (Hey, don’t judge — I’m not a great cook! Lol)
When she got home it was apparent that either their portion size had changed since last year or she was given the wrong order. After thinking it over, she called to find out if there was any way to order additional turkey last minute — not expecting a yes. When the lady who answered asked if there was a problem, my sister was careful to not be «that customer» and said there was just less food than last year and we may have underestimated. Without a pause the Manager (Tracy?) was on the line, apologizing! She insisted that we begin eating if needed and said we could come back anytime that day to pick up more turkey.
My sister went back about 30min later and was met by the very gracious Manager, who not only refused additional payment, but threw in a free pie! This was very touching, especially since my sister didn’t demand anything and was nice about the whole thing. Normally it’s the other way around and a poor manager is tossing freebies at a noisy complainer to pacify them!
That being said, the kindness of the staff not only saved our Thanksgiving meal but also restored our faith in «Do unto others». A giant THANK YOU to the entire Thanksgiving Day staff!

My first time at a Bob Evens. I was there for dinner but the breakfast menu looked good. I may try it again when I am looking for a breakfast place.

First time here! Very good experience! Food taste FRESH! Not frozen like most diners. The best apple pie EVER! Fresh apples, not from a can and well balanced flavors. In fact all of the food was great and fresh! There was only one waitress, then in a moment of rush the dinner filled up ant the assistant manager and even one of the cooks came out to help, like a team suppose to do! To me that is commendable! Great job Bob Evans team!

For a family style restaurant this place scores high for a good tasting well cooked home style meal. The plate was inviting and piled high for a senior portion. Scott, our server was more than couturiers and was a delightful young man. The price was $ 6.99. Definitely a great value.
The restaurant was bright and clean and looked to be well maintained.
Bob Evans has come a long way since I ate there in my younger years.

Bright, clean, good food and good service. Plenty to choose on the menu, and you can’t go wrong. Biscuits are excellent!

Service was slow and took forever to even bring a drink order. The restaurant wasn’t busier than normal for Bob Evans. Food was mediocre. Feel half sick the rest of the day. Love Bob Evans when I travel but this was a disappointment.

The food here is always good. In fact it is so good that there are usually long wait lines. They have a great 10 great breakfast meals under $ 10 that are perfect for a budget. Great worksheets for young children as well as a nice food selection for kids.

Stopped in a few weeks ago for breakfast it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great either kinda MEH. The biscuits were hard and the hashbrowns undercooked and cold. The waitress was great, she was on point and friendly. The place was clean and the other staff was nice but I can say though that is not enough to go back. I hope this helps.

I never typically eat at Bön Evans, mostly because I never get to eat out for breakfast, but I came today and my experience at this location was awesome. I was craving pancakes since I am pregnant, so I came alone, and I sat at the counter, which was a great option for someone who is by themselves. The restaurant was clean and bright and inviting. The service was awesome, I was greeted by a manager, my server was sweet and the young man at the register was so nice and courteous. The food came out quickly and everything tasted great, and the prices were very reasonable. I will be back to this location!

First time we ate at a Bob Evans. We were expecting to have any meal we would choose from the menu, which is what usually happens in places like these. I chose a dish that was not available yet in the day, so I had to go with a second option.
Food is okay, coffee is very good. Service is very good!

I’m going to be honest I thought I wasn’t going to be happy with the food here. It was my first visit to a Bob Evans and my expectations were kind of low. I was staying at a hotel next door and I didn’t want to drive anywhere for food. So I walked to Bob Evans.
The menu is large, lots of options. It’s kind of all over the place. The menu that is… because one item will describe the entrée and then in parenthesis it’ll say (choice of 2 sides) but the sides are displayed. I asked the waitress and she had to turn two pages to show me where the side options were. As a individual in the marketing industry, I would make the menu friendly enough for everyone. In the sense that I would probably put the side options on the top or bottom of every page. It would facilitate the ordering process for people which in turn can increase the turn around on tables. That’s just me.
Anyways, on to the important part … the food! I ordered the chicken sandwich. I normally don’t eat meat, poultry or fish, but I really wanted a chicken sandwich. Boy was I glad I ordered it. It cam with ciabatta bread that seemed as though they had just baked it. Literally tore softly with your teeth. Everything was cooked to perfection. I haven’t had a warm sandwich like that in a long time. I was surprised. My two sides were fries and mac and cheese. I would recommend to get some lighter option than the ones I chose. It’s a lot of food. I didn’t get to the fries and barely finished the entire chicken sandwich, it’s a good portion.
All in all, my meal came out to about $ 10. I didn’t order a drink, I had water. Therefore, It’s a decently price meal. The waitress did bring my bill prematurely though. Right after dropping off my meal at the table, my bill was brought too. I told it was a little premature considering I just got my food. Other than that, my expectations were quickly changed and I would recommend this place to other.
I recommend this place to you! I ate the chicken sandwich though so I can only vouch for that …

The food has always been great here at this restaurant and the customer service is great here as well. My family comes here every Tuesday my mother and father likes the soup and salad I like the baked salmon due to my diet restrictions from my surgery. The service from the employees is awesome.

Just your average Bob Evans experience here. Nothing really stood out during our visit for dinner. We (family of 5) were seated right away at a table that had been barely cleaned. Our server was a very nice elderly lady who was forgetful and not very efficient. This said, the food was good and the price very reasonable.

My wwife and I ate there around 10 days ago. I had the burger special that was great with spinach leaves on the bottom of the bun, swiss cheese, mushrooms and it was delicious. My wife has fresh blueberry pancakes, she loved them.
We went again yesterday as I had a craving for the burger again. First they gave me the wrong burger so I sent it back and was told that it would be 5 – 7 minutes to cook another one. When that one was brought to me the only difference was that they added the spinage and mushrooms to the origional one. Very upseting if they think that I or anyone else would not have noticed. Nobody could give me the right answers on why this was done. As well as the food was cold except for the mushrooms.
Shame on them as this is the last time I will be going back.

Most of the time, Bob Evans is pretty decent. Their biscuit bowls tend to come out on the doughy side, but that’s tolerable. Their prices aren’t too bad. They’re kind of like that boyfriend or girlfriend who kept you from being lonely but didn’t do a whole lot more good in your life.
The most recent time we came here, I asked for a grilled cheese on rye, which came out on white. It was difficult to find our server for refills, and when the check finally came, it contained two distinct errors, each of which was in the restaurant’s favor.
Well, I know when it’s time to move on. Farewell, Bob Evans. It was real. It’s not me, it’s you.

This is a favorite lunch spot of mine, here in the Temple Terrace area. The food is always fresh and «down home in the farm» tasty!
Right now, they have a Pick 3 for $ 9.99 menu. I get a garden salad and the grilled chicken breasts, taking the cookie dessert back to work for a lucky co-​worker.
Yes, you can eat healthy at Bob Evans! Plus, I always like the option of having breakfast anytime during the day, as well.

All of our food was prepared perfectly.
