I have lived here for over a year now…1 ½ years. This went from being an adult residence area to just for kids. Right now I am listening to firecrackers going off on August 12… what holiday is that? My upstairs neighbors are playing basketball, I think. Usually it’s bowling… and management does nothing about it. This is not the place for you if you think you will be getting peace and quiet. If you are noisy, then COME ON DOWN! The overpriced rent should be no problem! I am paying over $ 1000.00 a month and get not a moment of quiet… motorcycles are welcome! Big dogs are welcome! I’ll be letting security know about the firecrackers, but I expect that nothing will be done, as usual.
