We moved here in November of 2014 and it is the best choice we have made in a long time !
The staff is the reason it’s such a pleasure, and the maintenance staff is second to none, they don’t just patch up the problem, they replace the problem, and are constantly working on the grounds and the buildings keeping them looking new, pressure cleaning and keeping it looking like a resort, my wife and I are in our 50s and know quality when we see it. The office staff is the friendliest folks we have ever dealt with !

I’m nearing the end of a 15-​month lease at Camden Woods. I’ve lived in 3 Camden properties, and this one is by far my favorite. The 1BR w/​den = tons of square footage for the price. I’m a single female and feel very safe here, despite it being right off Hillsborough and not being gated. This could be because I live in the very back of the complex, though. The staff is very helpful, and the neighbors are friendly. If I wasn’t moving in with family soon in order to save $$ before moving out of state, I would absolutely be renewing my lease here for years to come.
