I had written a review on here before but it was removed for some reason. I’m writing this again to help steer anybody I can away from this community. Even deterring one person will help me feel like I did a good deed. This place got significantly worse over the years I lived here. When I moved in, I explained my work schedule and how it doesn’t work with the valet waste pickup rules for when the can needs to go back inside. I was told not to worry. Well, that didn’t stop them from leaving notes on my door saying I’m in violation of the lease. The walls are extremely thin. Cooking smells travel right though and you can hear your neighbors talking clearly enough to join in the conversation. I had to deal with the office many times for noise complaints from my upstairs neighbors. Whenever I had people over, they would all comment on how quiet the TV was. I had people from the office come to my apartment and the one upstairs to see what they thought about the volume. They agreed that it wasn’t at an unreasonable volume. That didn’t stop them from continuing to contact me whenever the jerks upstairs complained. Camden never calls you to talk about any issue, they just leave a form letter on your door saying you’re in violation of your lease with a threat to evict you if you don’t correct the issue. I lived in that apartment for 3 years before the upstairs neighbors moved in, never had a single complaint before then but they were all over me for the problems with the cheap building construction. The lawn maintenance guys would always be out very early in the morning like an unrequested wake up call for the entire complex. I complained about the noise and was told that any later in the day would be too hot for the little baby workers. I’ve never met anybody before that cared more about the people they pay rather than the people that pay them. The plants are watered with that reclaimed water that smells like excrement. The thin walls exasperate this and make you want to hide in the closet with a clothes pin on your nose. None of the sprinklers are aimed properly either and they’re all spraying all over the sidewalk so you can’t come or go without picking up the stinky smell. It’s not fun at all to invite people over and have them run through the crap water. They had the sprinklers timed to be on when I got home from work, I asked them to change it. Surprisingly they actually did; but it would change back after a few weeks and I’d have to complain over and over. The appliances are very old, I had a lot of problems with all of them. Maintenance comes out if/when they want and they rarely do the job right. I complained over and over that my dishwasher doesn’t work at all. They would send a guy out to «fix» it, nothing worked better, I’d call again and say I think I need a new dishwasher and they’d send someone else out to «fix» it again. They’d mark the job finished and leave me with a broken dishwasher again. Camden welcomes solicitors with open arms. In fact, the address sign on the door is a little pocket for people to leave garbage! People will go door to door annoying everybody and Camden is totally cool with that. There’s no gate or security and people around here have sticky fingers. My bike was stolen off my patio, my car was broken into and someone stole my registration sticker right off my license plate. This lead to Camden leaving a sticker on my window threatening to tow my car for expired registration. The sticker came off in a million pieces and left goo on the window. So add vandalism to the ever growing list of cons. Parking is always a nightmare since the tenants have more cars than the complex has parking spots. If you get home too late, you have to park on the other end of the complex. There was plenty of grass that could have been made into more spots but no one there is that pragmatic. Lots of tenants started parking on the grass, showing the need for more spaces. Camden responded by threatening to tow. I sent many emails to corporate complaining about the nonsense, nothing changes except the price of rent. Needless to say, that doesn’t change in your favor. Update: I’m laughing at the response from Camden. Call the office? Unless I’m going to be reimbursed for several months rent, I don’t see why I would call. I’ve said everything I need to.

Évaluation du lieu : 4 Tampa, FL
This community is a fabulous surprise to the seasoned Tampa resident. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained, the staff is friendly and quick to respond to your concerns, and all the while carrying a Smile. The Office Personal go out of their way to please, and make sure to learn each and every tenants name, and acknowledge you with a wave on every instance. The General Manager is very detail oriented, friendly and organized. Property maintenance is a daily occurrence and nothing is overlooked, or disregarded as unimportant. The Staff here has an impressive amount of pride and it shows in the property. You will find that the community here is very tight knit, and has a very«homelike» feel, and the residents are for the most part very considerate, and respectful to each other.(Neighborhood watch program in effect) The amenities provided are in excellent condition, available when needed, and rival that of larger upper-scale communities. With the Pet friendly environment,(DOGPARKONSITE) this is a must see for any Pet owner living in the area, in search of a place to call home. The luxury of a business center, is also a nice touch. Courtesy guard service provided on the weekends to monitor the common areas, and relay concerns to local law enforcement gives the neighborhood some peace of mind, and the units are spacious in comparison to other locations in the area for the same price range. I would recommend this location!
