First review for an incomplete job.
At this point I am disappointed with the ability to talk with the project manager. Was told they would be out on Wed 3÷9÷2016 to work on stucco, but they showed up Mon 3÷14÷2016 instead and missed a major repair item and after a call to the «project manager» no response regardless of praise for work done. I hope the rest of the work outshine the poor communication experienced. Since this is the only company that provides a finance option in my area.

Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Think twice before you let this company in your home. Their painters have no clue how to paint not sure where they hire from. This company still manages to stay busy because they will push your job to the following week. They will come in your home and destroy your property. They are lazy and basically just don’t care and lack the knowledge of customer service. Beware. Once they leave your house you will be in worse shape than when they arrived.

Our home looks fantastic! They painted the exterior of our home and our neighbors can’t stop talking about it. They arrived on time, prepped, and cleaned up after themselves each day. They were so courteous to our children, and our neighbors, that 2 are calling for estimates this week. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and quality workmanship. The price is lower than any other company we called. I will be using them for the interior of our home as well. Thanks CertaPro for making our home beautiful!

We’ve used CertaPro when we first moved into our house and went back to them for the painting in our guest bathroom. They come out and do a free estimate, give you a fair quote, and then schedule the job. They’ve always been punctual, friendly, efficient, and do a great job. The owner, Terry is friendly and helpful.
