love chick fi a for there chicken sandwiches and waffle fries but idk what happend with there ice cream and breakfast, ice cream used to be smooth sweet and creamy now it’s just unedible… had to trash it and go to twistee treat. plus me and the wife got sick from there breakfast on diffrent visits. never again.

My favorite fast food restaurant. It’s always clean, friendly, and the freshest food!
They were the first fast food restaurant to call out your name and make it personal which is one of the many things that they do. They always have fresh flowers on each table and I always get a beautiful smile at the register. There catchphrase is, «My pleasure!» I actually believe them when they say it!!!
They have so many healthy options! I always opt for the spicy chicken sandwich but glad to know it’s their when I’m eating healthy.
When my children where young they did a questions and answer gathering with free food for each child that participated. They are so good to their employees and value education!!! The lengths they take towards cleanliness is greatly appreciated. One of many things they do, they wipe down the tables with a new fresh sanitized wipe. Not an old rag from table to table. That extra measure goes a very long way for this patron!!!

In the dozens and dozens of drive-​through visits I’ve made to this specific location, they have NEVER once messed up my order… that alone deserves five stars. Their drive through line is usually wrapped around the building, and they manage to maneuver traffic very well, take your order, take your money, and give you your food accurately and quickly… with multiple smiles. The inside is usually just as packed and a little more chaotic, so I am glad that my son is beyond the age where he wants to go inside to the play area and we can usually bypass that all together.

This is the nearest location for me, considering I reside in New (North) Tampa. I was most delighted with my visit on Labor day, when they were giving out free chicken sandwiches per customer dressed in any sport team attire. Initially, as I was waiting in line inside, I saw the cashier give the person in front me a card to retrieve a chicken sandwich at a later time. So as I approached the counter I braced myself for them to notify me «they were out for the day» or something similar to that matter. Instead it was a card to retrieve a free chicken sandwich in the month of Sept. 2015, then a free grilled chicken sandwich in Oct. 2015, and an 8 count chicken nuggets in Nov. 2015. The card was a great plus to the free chicken sandwich I was already receiving that day. What place in today’s society gives out even more free stuff (x3) as you are going to retrieve 1 simple free item (already appreciated). This location is busy like most locations but I always recommend the lines inside move quicker and you receive more direct customer service. One time they gave me a free gift card for waiting too long. I would say Chick Fil A is a great staple for american fast food service, they truly address good customer happiness as a company (as employees may vary with location, this one is great)!

This location really has it goin’ on during the lunch rush!
With two huge corporate offices within a mile of this location you’d think it would be unbearable, but I’ve been a handful of times now and I’ve been able to make it there and back in 20 minutes, leaving 15 minutes to enjoy my lunch back at work.
The line is super efficient and they have cones set up to allow people to order (from the two or three employees with tablets outside) and pay while leaving room for all of the other cars in the parking lot. By the time you make it to the front, your food is ready and you are good to go. Keep it up Chick Fil A!

How can you not like Chic Fil A Food?!?
This particular franchise continues to deliver the wonderful customer services that I have had at all the others. I am greeted with a smile and given my order with «My Pleasure»
There are things that could be done to help improve the store in general, but it does not take away from the taste of the food nor would it prevent me from continually going there to eat. However, if they could lower their prices just a tad or offer more coupons or discounts, I would definitely go there more often!

Didn’t even eat, drive thru wasn’t moving so we left. Speed it up and maybe we’ll try again sometime.

It is with heavy heart that I can only give this location ⁴⁄₅ stars. Staff: 5 stars. Food: 5 Stars. But ever since the remodel this place is a mess. There just isn’t enough room for the line. It’s a real inconvenience to stand in that small area. It looks nice. It’s just super cramped.

Great chicken sandwich! Employees very friendly and courteous! Can’t wait to go back!

The food is good, as always, but the service isn’t as good here as other Chick-​fil-​A locations (probably because it’s always really busy here).

Chick fil a is the best fast food place to eat. They always have wonderful service, food is very delicious and well made. Never disappointed

Recently remodeled and drive-​thru is still a cluster. It doesn’t help that some jerks enter the wrong way. Food is great though, of course.

I was pulling into Chick-​Fil-​A for a biscuit this morning. As I was pulling in, a Tampa Police Officer pulled me over (mix up with insurance that was corrected right away). An employee came out and offered breakfast to the officer. The employee then approached me and said «I can see your morning is not starting out so good. How about some free breakfast to help it get better.?» How awesome is that?! Way to go Chick-​Fil-​A on BBD.

Food is good as usual. But a drive through at a fast food place shouldn’t take 20 – 25 minutes

We like coming to this location because it is the closest one to Wesley CHapel. However, sometimes it’s a bit too slow, other than that their food is great and we can handle the extra wait time!

This location always has superior service and great food. Even though it was an extremely long drive thru line it went smoothly and I always appreciate «It’s my pleasure» thank you! Great milkshakes and good anytime of the day.

It’s probably the best fast food place in the area but still. The only real good thing here is the fried chicken sandwich and of course the fries. Everything else is not so great. We did try an Oreo shake once And it was amazing. So I guess shakes are really good too ;) the people who work at this one are really nice.

This place is equivalent to PDQ in that its light years better than McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. the food is always good, never sloppy and they NEVER get my order wrong. The crew is always so friendly, never the typical teen with an attitude that you’ll find at other fast food places. I love getting their chicken strip meal with waffle fries and a drink. They have really good dipping sauces too! My favorites being the chick fil a sauce which is a combo of BBQ and honey mustard, and also their Polynesian sauce which is a type of sweet and sour. Even though its seasonal, get the peach milkshake while its still here! Heaven in a cup. Highly recommend for a quick dinner!

You can’t go wrong with this place for a quick fast food bite. I stopped at this locatoin on a detour on my way home one day to pick up something quick. I was expecting a long line, given my past experiences with this chain, and of course I did! The one thing I do like about Chick-​Fil A’s is how speedy the lines do move even though they are long. Most of the ones I have been to have extra personnel taking orders in the line during peak hours, but this one did not. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got up to the order board and the window, despite this.
Now, you may say 5 stars, really? Well, I can be picky, especially with fast food orders and how sloppy they can sometimes be assembled and delivered. This was not the case with my order from this location. It was perfectly put together with the right amount of ingredients. Have I mentioned how much I love this place for a quick bite!

Do you love juicy chicken? Do you love friendly service? How about waffle fries? Or fresh salads? Yep, you’ll find all that lovin’ at Chik-​Fil-​A. Whenever I travel to Tampa on business I skip the company cafeteria and make a beeline for this place. This past week I ate here three times… on the first day I ate healthy (southwest chicken salad with a Diet Dr Pepper) but I finally broke down and enjoyed a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries on days two and three. I still had Diet Dr Pepper though so does that mean I at least tried to eat healthy? ;)
I used to think it was strange that you can’t refill your sodas yourself, but on all three days as I was eating someone came up to me and asked to refill my soda. They also took my tray for me. You can’t beat service like that.
